Here comes the photo bomb! 📸🤩
Another “sound bath in the wild” for the books!
⛰️📖
It takes a village to pull it off…. No part is too big nor small! Thank you to our team and thank you to our community for receiving the transmission of “Blue Moon Rising!” 💙🌝✨
It all magically came together… we traveled through a deep sound healing journey initiated by our special guest artists…. Trumpet and modular synth soundscape by @pico_cole and spoken word with @brookebensondesigns 🙏
The Sonic Being team moved energy sharing medicinal sound (myself with amazing support from @gio.ledon @guidedbylinda @aquavee) …. And then special guest colleagues / gong players @acumomma & @sonavelasound …. Oh the gongs sounded oh so good! 👂💥
@lookoutranch aka Peter for opening this beautiful land to do the work…. Tuning into peace, nature, and the cosmos! ⛰️🌳🦅 Telescope views of the moon and stars provided by our favorite astronomer @celestial.experiences ✨🔭🙏
And to the ravens who flew over our heads, circling over our group with birdsong blessings. ✨🐦‍⬛✨volunteers Joy, Lenny, and @ajna_sharma_wilson helping with finishing touches! 🙏
📸 = @kasdynclick @gio.ledon @acumomma @sonavelasound and more
😍video clips incoming!!! Stay tuned! 📻

A glimpse at last week’s corporate wellness sound bath for the employees from the public defender office. Social workers, investigators, and paralegals were treated to a nurturing lunch hour of art and sound in the ambience of the Japanese garden in DTLA @jaccc_la
Thank you to one of the newest Sonic Being Method students @guidedbylinda for assisting an extra meaningful session for our government workers serving the community. Nurture those who nurture! 🙏🎶💕✨

A few fun photos from our last outdoor sound bath! Lately, it’s been a challenge to keep up with posting on the socials. I still need to edit a reel of the video captures from one of the best outdoor sessions yet! So grateful for our team! 🙏
The weather has shifted, cooling off…. But maybe we can do an afternoon session soon! Until then, meet me at Light on Lotus on Thursday, October 23rd, post coming right up!

I never thought I would be in a band and here we are, an album cover shot by dearest friend and talented photographer @nicolegoddard 🤩🙏 Each sound bath we come together to co-create a healing soundscape. Always unique yet the dedication is the same! Whether I’m facilitating on my own or with the support of the Sonic Being community and amazing guest musicians, I’m always driving home saying to myself… “We did a thing and it nurtured others deep down to the heart & soul.” 💓🎶✨Massive gratitude for our guests who met us up on the mountain to receive the transmission from Saturn. 🪐
Thank you to our team for making it happen! 🙏
