📽️: “The role that Black women have played in all of our lives is simply angelic…”⁣
⁣
This exhibit is an example of having an idea and giving it to God. I turned a photo series that I shot in 2019 into a living breathing experience. Reworked images, a special soundtrack curated to the night, a custom bouquet table, amongst friend and family. The art came to life through the presence in the room. ⁣

Special thank you to my friends and family for pulling up. Thank you to the new faces who showed up with love, I sold 3 pieces and the message is clear… Art and proper representation of the Black community must continue to hold space.⁣

📌:”The destination never changes… the journey is set to end in love, peace, wealth, and reward.” Welcome to Sober October.⁣
⁣
September lasted all of 19 minutes, it’s important to self reflect and appreciate life as it comes to you. The people in it, the people surrounding you, the places you go that impact us. I think about how life should be going often, just before I am reminded that it’s going just as it’s suppose to.⁣
