Estamos preparando una ofrenda comunitaria en colaboración con @russianriverchamber donde todos están invitados a traer una fotografía de alguien que ya no está con nosotros, pero que siempre tendrá un lugar en nuestro corazón. ❤️

Y aquí les quiero pedir un favor muy especial: ¡necesitamos voluntarios! Más que cualquier otra cosa, necesitamos manitas que nos ayuden a montar, organizar y recoger todo al terminar. No importa si puedes regalarnos una hora o varias, ¡toda ayuda cuenta!

This year, in collaboration with the @russianriverchamber , we’re bringing a Community Día de los Muertos Ofrenda to our town’s Halloween celebration!

Día de los Muertos is a beautiful Mexican tradition where we honor and celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us. I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to share this part of my culture with the community I love so much. ❤️

❤️ 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐄?

Bring a 4×6 photograph of someone you’d like to remember and, if you’d like, a small offering that reminds you of them. Maybe their favorite candy, a flower, or a little keepsake.

We’ll have FREE frames for you to decorate and add to the altar! At the end of the celebration, you can take your framed photograph home or pick it up afterward at the Guerneville Wine Collective.

𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏! 🙏

We’re building this altar with the help and generosity of our community, and we’re looking for volunteers to help with setup and teardown, as well as donations to purchase flowers, decorations, and supplies.

Monetary donations are especially helpful, and no amount is too small. $10, $20, $50… it all adds up! If we all pitch in, no one has to give a fortune.
