“Communication” is the biggest myth in couple’s therapy.

The most common counseling technique is called “active listening.”

The problem is, that “it doesn’t work.”
-Gottman & Silver, 2015

A partner plunge is a better love potion than couple’s counseling.

Try this protocol to rekindle romance:

1. Hold hands.

When you touch your partner in the ice bath, you increase the sense of connection and communication between you.

2. Synchronize your breathing.

Shared emotional feelings are modulated by shared behaviors. A couple in breath synch will feel closer to one another by strengthening a emotional connection.

3. Gaze into your partner’ eyes.

After 90 seconds, the woman will likely smile, giggle, and make jokes.

Two minutes is more than enough time for neurotransmitters like norepinephrine to reach the brain, and couples who can tolerate a two minute ice bath together will likely reap the full neurochemical benefits of both the cold exposure and eye-gazing.

4. Rewarm together in the sun (if available).

The UV light is also an aphrodisiac, motivating the man to make advances and the women to be more receptive. You may notice grooming behaviors, like the urge to dry one another off or help each other dress (or undress).
Would you ever try a Love Potion Partner Plunge in your relationship?

For more information on this topic, search “Love in the Ice Bath,” and look for one of our articles on the benefits of partner plunging, or read about it in Prof Seager’s books “Uncommon Cold,” and “Uncommon Testosterone.”

16-Week Transformation – Bikini Ready! 🔥

Transformation 💯 | Goal ✅
16 weeks. Relentless focus. No excuses. When Soodi committed to stepping on the NPC Bikini stage, she didn’t just train—she transformed. Every rep, every meal, every sacrifice led to this moment.

💥 Hard work shows.
💥 Discipline wins.

This popped up in my memories today, and dang — what a journey. Proud of you, Soodi!

If you’ve been training but still don’t look the way you want… it’s time to level up.

👉🏽 Apply for coaching in Bio 🚀

Did you know massage can actually aid in helping lower cortisol also known as the stress hormone? Why is that important? High cortisol levels = adrenal fatigue, which can then cause a plethora of other issues to the body including high blood pressure 🩸, higher levels of body fat 🫃🏻, acne break outs, poor sleep 😴 , chronic brain fog 😶‍🌫️ , etc. Massage helps by activating your parasympathetic nervous system, which in simpler terms is used to “calm your body down” so your organs and nervous system can function normally and efficiently for all your bodily functions. So long story short massage gets you in shape , lol jk but it can help create a more optimized body to work with 😊.The more you know 😉.

From Soodi’s custom dress sewn with love by her sister to the stunning florals & bridal bouquet crafted by her bridesmaids, every detail at this intimate backyard wedding was a collaborative effort. Friends and family transformed the ceremony into a beautiful reception, topped off with traditional Thai food prepared by her talented mother.

What a way to celebrate, am I right?! 🤗

If you're undecided, well, this is a new year so quit living life unsure all the time. Now's your chance to do something you wouldn't normally do!
