Train for performance…
The aesthetics are just a happy little by-product.

These are some of the women I’m lucky enough to train and run alongside - showing up week after week, not for the six pack (though hi, hello) but because strong feels better than anything a scale’s ever told them.

Strength is the ultimate glow up ❤️‍🔥

Keep at it now so future you can keep at it later. Consistency isn’t sexy in the moment (it’s 6am and cold and you’d rather be in bed) but it adds up.

I plan on doing this until I’m old, wrinkly, and still deadlifting more than you. So get used to me dragging every woman I know along for the ride.

Ok throwback alert 🚨

We filmed this just over a year ago and I genuinely cannot believe how far run club has come since then (also can’t believe how much younger I look, but that’s a separate crisis for another day)

Real talk though - I am so unbelievably proud of this community. I did not think a bunch of people meeting in the dark on a wintery Friday to run in the cold would turn into the best part of my week... but it did. And I couldn’t have done it without every single one of you 🫶🏼

ANYWAY. Tomorrow is a big one - birthday run club, and yes, it’s mine 🎂 we’re not just running for Depot’s fairy bread though (ok maybe a little). Harbour 10k, City2Surf and Sydney Marathon are all on the calendar and this crew is about to get very busy!

If you’ve been umming and ahhing about joining us for 6k of zoomies round the golf course, the universe is telling you it’s time. Don’t snooze on me, see you at 6.30am
