Sophia in the studio on medium format film + digital
Finally got to use my hand painted backdrop as well :)

Sad that I set my shutter speed too quick for some of these strobes but I’m sharing them to show you the potential those shots had…

Film from the bridals and wedding day of Sophia + Peter.

I shot these last year, and it feels like these frames mark a quiet transition for me. Somewhere in this wedding I realized how deeply I love the process — the anticipation, the celebration, the small moments of tenderness that happen when two people promise a life together.

A beautiful shift in my photographic life, and a beautiful shift in their lives too 🤍🤍

Today marks 24 🎂

When I look back at this year I am SHOCKED from how much growth I’ve put in!

First and foremost, I met the best girl ever, @savannah.malin and she’s been my favorite to cook with & my best sidekick to my creative shenanigans 💕

Countless hours of editing, curating, and working with new clients. I’ve bought TOO much camera gear (but I love camera gear, so it’s okay).

By far my favorite time at a wedding is the dancing and the send off! Everyone’s cooled down. All the stresses have since passed. And it’s party time.

It’s a special thing as a photographer. I squeeze through the crowds, and watch everyone have a blast!

This particular wedding is non other than the spectacular @sophamilton & @peter_hamilton

There are special people in the world — and folks like @sophamilton & @peter_hamilton remind me of that.

A few months ago, I had the honor of photographing their wedding. It was a big moment for me — while I’d shot a few weddings before, this was the one that truly lit the spark for me.

I found passion in sharing my perspective with families on these once-in-a-lifetime days. I found joy in those fleeting moments of connection between friends and family. And of course, my job was made even easier by all the love, care, and detail that went into creating such a beautiful venue and unforgettable night.

DM for booking!

Thank you for being here. I love you.
