POV: You’re headed to Madison this fall. ❤️🖤

This custom cookie set was created for Sophia’s graduation party before she begins her next chapter at UW–Madison.

I also had the opportunity to photograph her senior portraits, making this order even more meaningful.

Wishing you an amazing first year, Sophia! I can’t wait to see all that’s ahead for you.

On, Wisconsin! ❤️🖤

Lydia, Sophia, Abby, Nathan & Logan,

It has been such an honor to be a small part of your senior year and to document this milestone in your lives. I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible young men and women, each with their own dreams, talents, and stories. Watching you walk across that stage and graduate is a reminder of just how quickly this year has gone by.

As you step into your next chapter, there will be exciting victories, unforgettable memories, and yes, challenges along the way. But remember that you don’t have to face any of it alone. Lean on the families who have supported you, the values that have shaped you, and your faith in God to guide you when the path ahead feels uncertain.

The world is waiting for what you’ll bring to it, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you.

Congratulations, graduates. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I am cheering for every one of you. ❤️

Last week was full… in the best way 🤍

Between bringing friends into a gym that’s given me so much, getting the opportunity to speak in front of 32 amazing people (thank you Joan for believing in me 🙏), and cheering on friends who showed true grit and heart in competition… I was reminded just how powerful community is.

CrossFit 453 has given me more than workouts — it’s given me family. And being able to share that, watch others experience it, and support each other is something I don’t take for granted.

To wrap it all up, our community showed UP in a big way for three incredible young ladies raising money for their Washington trip. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do so much.

It was a busy week… but one filled with purpose, impact, and a whole lot of gratitude 💕
