‘Before the go their separate ways forever’

And just like that another summer in Gander is over. It’s hard to find the words for this incredible cast, musicians and crew. Come From Away is more than just a show it’s privilege to portray these beautiful stories of hope and community every performance.

@captivatetheatre brings together such an incredible team to create these productions and watching this footage back shows the love, tears , laughter and community we had as a team for those few hours each day.

From directing on Honk! with the most awesome cast of young talent to stepping back into the role of Diane and watching Cammy smash it in Newsies the last month has reminded me of the magic and power that the escapism of theatre brings 🫶🏻

No matter what a little piece of us all was left out there in the @assemblyfest 2026.

Well, I did it! 48 shows in 25 days.

I have met the most wonderful people and made so many more memories with my beautifully talented friends, grateful for every opportunity I’ve been given and so insanely proud of everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

This year has taught me that my strength and resilience is stronger than I ever imagined, little Dannielle would be so proud, so I should be too.

Lots of love to my DIVAS🎤, Sunshiners☀️, Come From Awayers🌎 and my Hanseners🍎.

I loved doing this again! This show means so much to me and I’m so happy that I had the privilege of getting to do it more than once. I’ve met so many amazing people over these past 2 years 💙💛

Another brilliant summer at the Edinburgh Fringe complete! Across 36 performances, 25 days and 3 different shows, it’s been a privilege to have been part of the incredible band of Come From Away once again, and to be the Musical Director for the amazing young casts of Matilda and Honk! So much love for all the amazing musicians, actors, creatives and young people I’ve gotten to work with over the past six weeks, and all my beautiful friends @captivatetheatre for another incredible Fringe!
