Finally to ASGCU,

The organization that gave me a home at GCU right off the bat. Not only did it grow me in all areas of my life-personally, professionally, and spiritually, but it gave me my best friends! Student government taught me valuable lessons that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my life.
Most importantly it showed me what true leadership is in the eyes of the Lord. The servant leadership approach of Christ is one that seeks to care for the needs and growth of others before your own. To be dedicated to the wellbeing of others around you above all else. This was revealed to me in many ways, both by my peers, surrounding staff and administration, and so many more across the 4 unique teams I had the blessing of serving with.
Thank you Jesus for allowing this organization to be such a defining part of my college experience. I will miss it and all those who were apart of this special team!!!

To my friends,

Wow, what a ride it’s been. God has done immeasurably amazing things in these past four fulfilling years at GCU. One of the biggest blessings in that time was the Lord bringing each one of you into my life.
It’s pretty special to say I am leaving somewhere confidently knowing that these relationships will last a lifetime, and that can only be a testament to the Lord’s never ending love and grace, of which these individuals so purely radiate.
Blessed to not only call them by best friends, but true brothers and sisters in Christ. May the Lord continue to bless each one of them as they transition into this next season of life!

Second semester done already!?
Freshman year felt so much sweeter than I could’ve ever asked for! God blessed me with so many cherished memories and wonderful friendships this school year, and I could not be more grateful. To many more adventures in college!!

4 years with @asgcu. A chapter I’ll never forget!!

ASGCU has been more than a role. It’s been a calling, a community, and a constant in the midst of so much change. Through the highs and lows, this team has been a place of purpose, growth, and genuine connection. I’ve learned how to lead, how to serve, how to show up for others, and how to trust God in the unknown.

Spending the last four years in the Administrative Branch has been one of the most meaningful parts of my time at GCU. This branch became a place of stability, growth, and purpose for me. Each year brought new faces, new responsibilities, and new opportunities to pour into something greater than myself. But this year in particular has been incredibly special. I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside a team that leads with integrity, joy, and so much heart. I’m thankful beyond words for the people who stood beside me through it all. What a wonder it’s been to work alongside my team this year.

From late nights planning events to early mornings filled with laughter and prayer, every moment has left an imprint on my heart. I’m walking away with friendships that feel like family and memories I’ll carry for a lifetime.

Each person in this community has fully transformed my life in ways I never expected. Your kindness, encouragement, and presence have meant the world to me, and I’m truly, deeply grateful.

To everyone who poured into me, served alongside me, and believed in me, thank you. You’ve made this journey so incredibly meaningful. Couldn’t have asked for a for a better community to be apart of.
