POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had the pleasure of joining my first photo walk hosted by @veiled_lens02 🙏🏾✨ My task was to capture “Motion”. I think I was able to capture that with not only photos but videos too! It also helped that there was a dance competition in the @bywardmarket .
To more photo walks with good people!! 🙌🏾

Photo Walk Diaries, Chapter 3 🤍

It’s always a joy to be surrounded by such talented, kind people and to experience the world through their unique perspectives.

This time, my theme was telling the stories of strangers without showing their face, which was a challenge considering my work is usually so people-centred. It reminded me that you can learn so much about a person without seeing their expression. Sometimes it’s in the way their shoulders soften, the way they laugh, the quiet connection of their hands, or a lingering glance exchanged with someone they love. Those small, fleeting moments are enough to offer a glimpse into the lives they lead.

I leave every photo walk feeling inspired, and this one was no exception. Grateful for this wonderful group. Thank you for reminding me why I do this🤍

Catch Exhibtion 21 open for a few more days. Honored to have worked with both the graduating class and the first years... seen here the 1st year feature wall in @spaocentre gallery; the result of thier dedication and craft over the last 8 months.

INTERPERSONAL. Eight artist. Eight perspectives on the same question: How is identity formed, felt and perceived?

Spanning photography, cyanotype, collage and crochet, Interpersonal brings together emerging and established artist united by a commitment to the analogue and the personal. Each work examines the relationship between artist, subject and viewer; between maker and material; between image and memory.

There are no neutral surfaces here. Every photograph, stich and silhouette carries the weight of time, belonging and the quietly radical act of being seen.
