Just a little appreciation post for the women in the club who make my world go round.

As the host of the membership, it’s my job to facilitate conversations, keep people accountable and organise this circus 😂

But honestly, these lot have saved me more times than they realise. When I first created bread and butter I was having a hard time and the women that have worked with me, have bought me back to life.

Because I too, am a woman in business who find this shit really lonely and isolating at times but the fact that these babes show up for me too?

Well, that’s all I could of ever dreamed of 💭✨💜

I also had @little_reds_bakery cake @sophisticatered_ grazing board and @balloonsandribbonsuk (coming on the next post)

Last night felt like a reunion. A private party.

🎉 it was filled with hugs and laughter and a quiet celebration of friendships and triumphs.

Such a special day yesterday 💫

Watching strangers walk in and slowly soften, open, connect… and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves — that’s the magic of these spaces.

There was release. There was laughter. There were moments of deep reflection and quiet transformation. And in between it all… real, human connection. The kind that reminds you you’re not alone in any of it.

And the food… wow. As always, the incredible Sophie absolutely delivered — nourishing, beautiful, and made with so much care. It truly held the whole day together 🤍

These retreats are becoming something really special… not just events, but experiences that stay with you.

Who’s ready for the next one? ✨

Yesterday’s nourishment looked like this 🌈✨

We intentionally created our own Buddha bowls from this beautiful, vibrant buffet — choosing colours, ingredients, and combinations that felt nourishing to our bodies.

Because it’s not just about eating…
it’s about how you choose to nourish yourself.

Before we ate, me and Maria infused the food with Reiki energy — blessing it for healing, grounding, and soul-level nourishment 🤍

Food, energy, intention… all coming together in one moment.

Thank you so much to Sophie @sophisticatered_ for creating such a stunning, colourful spread 🌿
And to every woman who showed up with an open heart — you made the day what it was.

Truly magical ✨

If you felt the energy from this, the next one is coming…

🌕 FULL MOON SELF-LOVE RITUAL — All-Day Retreat 🌿
A women’s day of nourishment, fire & restoration

Held under the Full Moon in Libra, this all-day ritual is devoted to self-love, balance, and releasing what no longer belongs to you.

Set within a beautiful private manor house in Budleigh Salterton, this retreat is held away from the outside world — surrounded by stillness, privacy, and nature. A space to exhale fully, knowing you are held, unhurried, and undisturbed.

🗓 Thursday 2nd April
⏰ 9:30am – 6:00pm
📍 Budleigh Salterton

💷 Early Bird: £111
⚠️ Only 4 Early Bird spaces remaining

✨ The day includes:

• Arrival with fresh fruit and herbal teas, allowing you to land gently in the space

• No awkward introductions or pressured sharing — this day is intentionally grounded, so you don’t arrive feeling nervous or exposed before you’ve even begun

• Oracle-led journalling, reflecting on the parts of yourself that are asking for attention, healing, or deeper understanding

• A fire ritual with Reiki drumming, offering what no longer serves you into the fire

• A Full Moon sound bath, supporting deep nervous system regulation and energetic integration

• A plant-based buffet lunch, creating your own Buddha bowl with intention — lovingly blessed with Reiki energy by both hosts

• Spacious time to rest and soften with full use of the sauna and hot tub

• A mini treatment with either host
– Thai stretching
– Indian head massage

• A closing gratitude circle, grounding the day by honouring what you are grateful for — including simply giving yourself this time

✨ This day is for:
• self-love and emotional rebalancing
• gentle release under the Full Moon
• deep rest and nervous system support
• reconnecting with yourself in a luxurious, held space

This is not a busy retreat.
It’s a deeply nourishing, intentionally slow day — offered as ritual from beginning to end.

✨ Come as you are. Leave lighter.

Optional on-site accommodation available (additional cost, subject to availability).
