Just another physique update no one asked for 😇

Cals are at peak and my deficit is now in full swing. 🥗
I have been in a cal reduction/maintenance phase for the last month - slowly reducing myself down to my peak deficit cals.
I have actually found that despite the reduction in food/cals, I am still hitting strength pb’s in the gym which has me ecstatic!

3 months to now shred the absolute heck out of my body before I leave for Europe eeeek 🥳

MEAL PREP OF DA WEEK!!

I’ve been so busy these past couple months being out of town every other week lol so being able to get back on my meal prep grind is a good feeling bc I actually know what I’m putting in my body.
