Recipe for a great day: Cook time: 24 hours Serves: you and everyone you meet that day. Ingredients: 816 Run Club. Run 1 mile or 30 miles or anywhere in between. Stop at water coolers. Yell “good work” to at least 3 people. Push yourself farther than you thought (if you want). 1 coffee with friends (or 2+). Fist bump from a stranger. Be proud of your efforts. Instructions: Mix all together, and enjoy for 24+ hours!! Chefs note: some days may require a little more coffee and a little more grace. 🫶🏻 📸: @brandanscheller
