When you hear the dance teachers are REALLY cool… and realize they’re talking about YOU. 😎💃

We’ll be accepting this compliment for the rest of the season. 😂

The seniors presenting their case for why they physically cannot participate in class today… 😂

Suddenly everybody has a bad knee, a pulled muscle, a mysterious ankle injury, and a doctor’s note pending.

Nice try. Warm-up starts now. 💀

POV: You show up to class ready to see your bestie… but your teacher showed up in WORK MODE. 😂💀

Bestie mode: OFF ❌
Teacher mode: ACTIVATED. 👏

Because we can laugh, have fun, AND still get the work done. 💃✨

This is what dedication looks like. 🔥
Our most advanced dancers continue to raise the standard—bringing passion, precision, and power to every stage they step on.

They don’t just dance… they train, they push, they lead.

A special shoutout to Megan McBride Moore, Colby Ford, and Sophie Davies for their award-winning choreography and the incredible training behind these performances. 👏

Tiny but powerful 💥
Our Mini Team brought the ENERGY all season long!

These 1st–2nd graders showed incredible dedication, growth, and teamwork—especially for so many of them stepping into their very first year on a competitive team. Watching their confidence build and their love for dance grow has been so special.

Huge shoutout to Sophie Davies, Reina Shinohara and Jillian Sandquist for their commitment to these dancers and for helping them shine every step of the way.

Dancers are athletes.
They train. They push. They show up—tired, sore, and still give everything.

But what makes it even more powerful?
They don’t do it alone.

They move as one.
They trust each other.
They win and grow as a TEAM.

So proud of our CPAA teams these past couple of weeks—you represent what it truly means to be committed, disciplined, and united.

Want to be part of something bigger than yourself?
