For this prompt we were in agreement: The Scorched Throne duology by Sara Hashem was the highlight of our month! Take this as your sign to drop everything and start the Jasad Heir. This series is PEAK enemies to romance, political intrigue and yearning mixed with pain!

🍁 Favorite Romance Book

Chiara @wordsbychiara: I finished my journey in Chestnut Springs and have to go with this book. This is the hottest one in the series in my opinion, and the buzz I got with the fake engagement trope? LOVE IT.

Maria @pagesofmaria: After years of saying I wanted to read it, I finally read the whole Windy City series, including the spin-off that released this year, In Her Own League. Choosing a favorite is impossible because the books are that good. The romances, the ladies, the MEN. I read 6 book in less than two weeks, which is not normal for me. If I HAVE to choose one, it would he Caught Up. I just loved the Rhodes brothers, and Monty, and the baseball team. I loved Miller and Kai so much and the little family they create. What can I say? Again, I am soft for single dad books.

We were once again in agreement: Harlow from The Poison Daughter by Sheila Masterson. She is strong, fierce, smart, unapologetically morally gray. We want more women powered by female rage just like her!

Chiara @wordsbychiara: I chose Arin from The Scorched Throne duology by Sara Hashem. This man is the epitome of the fantasy MMC for me. He's cunning, dangerous, but not unkind. And when it comes to his love, there's nothing he won't do or sacrifice. This man could write a masterclass in yearning!

Maria @pagesofmaria: I chose Monty from In Her Own League by Liz Tomforde. Again, choosing between character or book in the Windy City series is hard, but I chose Monty because this man is amazing. A great father
