People who constantly control themselves tend to feel anxious, because their inner turmoil is suppressed. True aliveness comes from letting go, flowing without expectations or the need to perform.
To maintain control, people become emotionally cold, blocking their natural energy. This leads to disconnection: superficial interactions, lack of real presence, and avoidance of genuine human connection. In the end, many live guarded, distant, and afraid, cut off from true intimacy and life itself.

The tree and her son 🫂🍃

Witnessing the dance of the tree and her son—
how each day she invites him into her safe space,
a shelter like his mother’s womb.
They move through the hours apart,
until morning returns
and with it, their quiet craving
for that same sweet meeting again.

Experimenting with textures and finding new ways of expression through abstract forms — creating freely, letting go of rigid structures, and embracing wabi-sabi vibes . It’s all part of a boundless journey.
