Coaching children has brought a whole new kind of joy into my life 💫
Watching little faces light up with pride after a hard effort, seeing confidence bloom with every stride, and hearing the laughter echo across the field — it fills my heart in ways I never expected.

It’s not just about running fast. It’s about building resilience, teamwork, joy, and a love for movement that I hope stays with them forever.
Each session reminds me why I started and how powerful sport can be at any age.

Grateful for every little runner who shows up with big hearts, open minds, and endless energy.

You inspire me 💛 #JetFuelJuniors

Calling all RUNNERS ~

I started coaching in 2024 during a break while recovering from an injury. It gave me so much purpose during a tough time, and I completely fell in love with it.

I now coach a junior running group called JetFuel Juniors, with children ranging in age from 7 to 15 years old.

We train twice a week:
• Mondays, 4–5pm at Kingspark Track
• Wednesdays, 4–5pm at Crusaders Field in Durban North

My focus is on teaching children:
• How to warm up and stretch properly
• Key running drills to improve form, speed, and efficiency
• Sessions that build speed and endurance
• And most importantly—to have FUN!

We often play games too—you’d be surprised how much running happens when they’re playing!

I believe it’s so important to first develop a love and passion for running before introducing serious training. If a child loves something, they’ll want to do it—and keep doing it.

Running is the foundation of all sports. If you can run well, you can improve in any sport.

You don’t have to be fast to join JetFuel Juniors—everyone is welcome!

Feel free to reach out and bring your son or daughter for a free trial session to see if they enjoy it.
