Fresh off an incredible chart debut, topping the Aus Artists Albums Chart, landing #2 on Vinyl, and #4 on the main ARIA charts, SoSo are setting the tone for something special.

Had an absolute blast creating the artwork for SoSo’s debut album So Much For Second Chances.

For this project I illustrated a custom piece for every track on the record, with each artwork becoming part of the final collage that wrapped the cover. A big one to pull together, but seeing all those individual pieces build into a single world made this project a lot of fun.

Even better seeing it roll out across multiple vinyl variants, pressed on orange (pictured), pink, purple and pink & blue splatter. Safe to say the collection looked just as loud as the record sounds.

Then it debuted at No.1 Australian album, No.2 vinyl album and No.4 overall on the ARIA charts. Not bad for an independent band doing things their own way, and somehow the second ARIA No.1 record artwork project for Good Decisions in 2025.

Always a good feeling seeing something you’ve spent months building end up spinning on people’s turntables.

Self-described as “offensively average,” the group has achieved significant success, including a No 1 spot on the Australian Albums ARIA Chart with their debut album, So Much For Second Chances.

Record Store Day felt like a good excuse to actually jump on a trend for once and dig back through some of the cover art I’ve put out over the years.

I have had the chance to work with some unreal Australian and international artists over the years. A couple highlights, Fangz Shui and SoSo So Much For Second Chances, both hitting ARIA number one last year.

Absolutely love discovering new music. There’s no better feeling than sitting with desk bounces, demos and unreleased albums, knowing only a handful of people have heard them, while I’m sketching and building out the visuals that will live with the record.
