Proof that a backyard wedding can hold its own against any venue. 🤍

Jessica + Noah said I do in a beautiful backyard of Boise’s North End. No detail was missed & all of their favorite people were there ready to celebrate them🫶🏼

A tented affair, a celebration, a little wine country magic. This Montage Healdsburg wedding brought the drama with a stunning tented and canopy lighted reception— outfitted to include Natural Eva seating, Camden sofa and chairs, Natural Plank dance floor and a double Wynn Bar with pedestals.

Cocktail hour in our favorite place ✨

The just-married feeling, champagne poured, the sun setting over Payette Lake, and all of our people gathered together.

One of those little pockets of the day we wish we could live in forever.

A beautiful venue is only the beginning. The right venue also has to work.

For Carly + RJ, we were thinking beyond the vineyard views:

How will guests move from one part of the evening to the next? Where will the sun be during dinner? What happens if the weather shifts? Where does cocktail hour live while reception details are being finalized? And what can we create here that we couldn’t create somewhere else?

This property gave us the flexibility to build an open-air reception right between the vines, bring in a tent for coverage, create distinct spaces for dining, lounging and dancing, and still keep guests connected to the landscape throughout the evening.

Because venue scouting isn’t just about finding somewhere beautiful. It’s about finding the property that can actually support the wedding you want to create.

Planning a Napa or Sonoma wedding for 2027? This is exactly what we’re looking at long before we start choosing linens and florals.

As our team prepares for more sweet weddings this month, we’ve found ourselves looking back on the intentional & gorgeous details of this wedding from last September 🤍

Not only were the details & decor the perfect blend of elegant & modern, but the moments in between were unique & perfectly them. The couple balanced meaningful traditions (including a gorgeous tea ceremony) with decisions that represented the two of them (like officiating this own ceremony!).

Weddings that are both personal & beautiful are our very favorites 🥹 Our team can’t wait to be present for even more intentional & gorgeous days this month!
