Deep share 💘

The poem below links to this video.
I experienced a total narrative change a month ago when I drove to the Northern Rivers to receive an intimate massage with Ezel @soulsuality ☯️

It was here, this moment in time I stopped giving away my power to the man who’d been absent my whole life - my father!

Honestly, I’m in awe at the soft, receptive and expressive woman I AM 🥰
Thanks for the activation and holding Sir 🙏

I now know
About cosmic bliss
This man, this god
He held me

With his hands
With his eyes
With his whole fucking being

Deep hurt & betrayal
Were present when I arrived
Not in the way you think

I did the betraying
I hurt the men
Many of them, men I loved
Men who loved me

He was the first man I shared this with
In such an intimate way

Safety and flow
Became the way
Totally disarmed
I lay down the armour

For ME
For YOU
For US

The eyes are the window
The window to the soul
I opened the window
Allowed him to see in

I am deeply grateful
Men like this one exist
A man devoted
To devotion itself

Ladies, or men, do you desire
To lay down that armour
To feel
To breathe
To express
To be seen

If you do, I highly recommend seeing Ezel with my whole heart 💓

I’ll pop a link in the comments 💘

With love and devotion

Sun-Day is Soul-Day 🌞

I slept for 13 hours, rose slowly and sunned my Yoni and Bum before I did anything else, I love making time for Sun 🌞
For lying on the Earth and for not putting clothes on all day, until this beautiful sister @your.rising.witness arrived and we hung out, it was the best 👯‍♀️
I just love when we have story time, our own fucking story 👸

Doggies loved it too!

There’s beautiful expansion and fun in my life right now, the last few days has been fire 🔥

The words are brewing to share these experiences, being fully held by @soulsuality ☯️

Hanging out with women in the forest @ilkleyhaven on Friday evening 🌿

Road trips with this queen @anitanevar and a deeply felt and fun As Fuck workshop with @mitchelldryan_

So grateful 🙏

I know my WHY, I’m learning how to share it in a meaningful and embodied way 🐦‍🔥 🌹

I am in awe of the soul led people I am hanging out with, lit all the way up over here and slowly prepping for moving 💝

Plus, dancing and crying to integrate it all 💃🏼

Phew 😅
What’s one thing you are grateful for?

With love and gratitude

One of the things that excιτεs me most is worship.
When someone surrenders full, offering service, themselves, their trust like an act of devotion.
That kind of worship lights something deep inside me.

Sometimes what excιτεs us has nothing to do with bοdιes or gεn ιτals.
It could be being sεεn.
It could be feeling sαfe.
It could be being fully surrendered.
It could be breaking a τabοo.

Want to find out what’s really behind yοurs? We’re meeting on September 12th to explore this. Tickets in bio

Following the immense amount of emotions that came to light in my womb healing ritual in the safety of Ezel’s presence
I feel like one of these bubble-dancing goddesses
giggling in the sunlight, hips swaying like I’ve never known the heaviness of grief.

But I have known grief.
I’ve sat in the dark with it.
Screamed into pillows.
Bled it out.
Burned it clean.
Each time I tasted her I’ve died and come back softer, louder, clearer.

Integration is no small thing.
It’s a sacred stitching of the soul.
And now, after all the crumbling and molting and remembering—
I am light. I am darkness. I am everything.

Not because I bypassed the pain,
but because I walked through the fire and refused to stay ash.

This joy?
It’s earned.
It’s beautiful.
It’s the afterglow of becoming.

Catch me out here bubble-dancing in my rebirth.
Slippery, sparkly, free.

Joy like this is earned.
And baby, I’m floating. 🫧 ❤️

✨ Womb Healing Ritual Review ✨

From the very first moment, it was ceremony.
Ezel held a space that felt holy — not because it was quiet or perfect, but because it was true.

We sat together and fleshed out every layer: the boundaries, the preferences, the edges of what I wanted and what I didn’t yet know I needed.

There were so many options, and all of them were treated with care.
No rushing. No assumptions. Just presence.
He didn’t just witness — he was there beside me.

He held the container with reverence.
And when I cracked open, he stayed.
We breathed.
We sounded.
We moved the stuck places in my womb space that hadn’t known release in years — maybe lifetimes.
And the flood came.
Caesarean birth trauma.
The grief of baby loss.
Old sorrow, ancient pain, stories my body had been clutching like stones.
I cried.
Not quiet, polite tears — but deep, tidal sobs.
And strangely, in the middle of it all… bubbles of joy.
An epiphany. A moment of relief.

This ritual was not gentle in the soft way — it was gentle in the fierce way.
The kind that says: I can hold all of you.
The grief. The rage. The longing. The light.

Ezel thank you for sharing this sacred work with such integrity and devotion.
Thank you for being present, for going there with me, for standing steady when the storm rolled in.

This practice changed me.
It brought me home to parts of myself I’d left in the dark.

And I am so, so grateful. ❤️

If you know me or you don’t know me, my request is that you watch this ramble to the end.

If you know anyone in any arts with any mental/physical/financial or meta issues that are impacted by them being involved in any artistic realm or any school or business who work under the stress of constantly being measured by how well they perform, and they are not loving what they do or thriving, then my re quest is that you watch to the end.

Because this “1st World Privileged AF white woman from INVADER roots” and who is an empath that loves everyone as equals as kind as they have kindness in their hearts - has seen behind the artists and the classically trained very heavy veil.

This privileged 67 yr old semi- retired tiny part pensioner, is having to take herself and her doggie away to heal.

And I have Wealth Guilt DysOrder and yes I made that one up - but if it became a PamDemic - the World might just be safe from self mutilating the people in different circumstances and our magnificent Mother Earth just in time for it to be ReBorn again for a 2nd (3rd, 4th , 80th time!!!)

Equal appropriate love and kindness to everyone.

And just when you need it, miracles happen. Found @bosanova78 @bosanovacafe by “accident” (haha - WKWWK about Divine Timing) AND - the food was DIVINE. Just like Claudia and Rafael in sooo many ways. Added BONUS, their empanadas freeze very well. Great for when I’m stocking up the freezer for this fabulous crazy month ahead. DYS-ORDER_ED in action. Xxxx

Today was a BIG one! I did not want to show up for myself. Every cell of my human existence wanted to either hide, tell the World to fuck off and not turn up for myself. AND, I showed up for me, as part of the DYS Show anyway. AND - there was magic that happened. I am owning that I can and I DO show up!

We all find our own way. Dance like no one is watching etc etc. Be kind - to yourself and others. Big hugs.
