This is success: Meeting good people, having a great spot to cook up, having fun making music, sippin from the whiskey boot, and smokin’ that good good canadian tobacco. What could be better? Pulling up in a nicer car? Having some dumb ass organization give you an award? More recognition? None of those things change the actual things mentioned above. The stuff we’re actually here to do; having fun making good music with the right people. The dream is now, this is it 🏁 . These people & this night represents the epitome of that dream. I connected with Connor through tik tok over his cabin project & next thing I knew he was visiting LA finishing up his (straight up incredible) album & having a good hang. I didn’t even have anything to do with the album but I believe in it 100% 🫡

Man, just had a very magical last 4 days … Some top tier humans came down from Canada to finish up final production and mixing on @connorphillips new album “An Honest days work” - not only were the hangs elite it’s a body of work that we’ve all put a lot of work into and we are incredibly proud of .. it was one of those weeks where I was truly reminded of why I chose music for an insane career choice !! I’ll let him do the speaking on this project but regardless of streams or any of that bullshit, I will forever be proud of this little project and the humans involved with finishing it in my little living room !! ❤️❤️
