Here talking about Bandcamp. It‘s Bandcamp Friday time! Still the best place to get music, but it is not the best digging / browsing experience. There’s help:
I use Bandcamp Badger, seriously one of the best online digging experiences!

Happy to share this SoK radio mix 🌐

Originally aired on @ibizasonica (July 15) & now broadcasting on @pure.fm berlin (July 23), also available to stream on SC.

This set is a laidback approach through some of the music that’s been inspiring me lately, featuring artists I deeply admire alongside a few of my upcoming projects & including the upcoming “It’s Cool” (@nhiimusic & @bawabmusic Remix)

Hope you enjoy it ♥️

Love,
Zak

A little window into the making of this upcoming release.

Swipe through for a few behind-the-scenes moments from the project, accompanied by my not-so-valiant attempt at modelling.

@nhiimusic x @shaodowmusic x @akiraarasawa

Brooklyn’s Nhii and Tokyo’s Akira Arasawa have been building this across two continents and three years of shared stages. An open ended modular session at Akira’s Tokyo studio became the groove. Then London’s Shao Dow brought the voice, switching between English and Japanese like he’s switching drinks at the bar.
また means again. See you soon, one more night, the kind that turns into a story.
London to Osaka, Brooklyn to Tokyo. Out everywhere today, link in bio. 乾杯. @soundsofkhemit

The latest collaboration from our own Saqib on @soundsofkhemit 🚀🔥🔥🔥

#saqibmusic #ebbandflowmusicartists

#repost from @saqib_music @soundsofkhemit

“Jungle” is an original collaboration between New York City based producer and DJ Saqib and Indian vocalist Naayaab. Built on a rhythmic foundation drawn from the tabla syllables of Hindustani classical music, the track opens with the ancient cadence of dha dha dha, tika dhin dha, a spoken percussion pattern that has echoed through centuries of Indian musical tradition. It is a heartbeat before it is a song. Over this ancestral framework, Saqib layers a hypnotic, driving groove that features the Saqib Signature Baseline that we all love.
