Freezer-ready passion fruit juice cubes!

Scoop the pulp, run it through the juicer (I used @huromamerica my fav!), freeze it in @soupercubes , and you’ve got fresh passion fruit juice on demand.

Just drop a cube in a pitcher, add water, and boom, juice!

Passion fruit can be tart depending on the variety, so I like to balance it with a little sweetener.
Honey, agave, or sugar all work. Or skip the water and sip it straight, no sweetener needed.

My go-to ratio:
-1 cup passion fruit juice
-1/3 cup sugar (or honey/agave to taste)
-6.5 cups water (less or more to taste)

Great for juice, cocktails, mocktails, even tea. Save this for your next batch!

WHITE CHICKEN-LESS CHILLI

Welcome back to Mmm Soup, Episode 20, white chicken-less bean chilli. This soup is easy to make, and like most of my recipes, only takes a handful of ingredients and you’ll have a comforting lunch or dinner in no time!

Make sure you’re following @frasercooks for more delicious and comforting soups, all winter long!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 white onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup tomatilla salsa
1 cup dairy free cream, I made my own with almonds
Water as needed
1 tsp salt

For garnish:
Shredded cheese
Diced avocado
Fresh cilantro
Pickled Onions
More cream
Diced Tomato
Fresh Jalapeños

Method:
1. In a large heavy pot, heat over medium heat, add the olive oil and warm for 30 seconds. Add the onion, pepper and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the spices and mix to combine.
3. Add the beans, salsa and cream, mix to combine. Add 1-2 cups of water, can swap with veg stock. Just add enough liquid to create more of a soup consistency. Season with salt.
4. Heat to warm through and serve up. Garnish and dig right in!
