Lighting up our design inspiration! ✨

Bercher Homes Lead Designer Angie Reuter recently had the opportunity to attend "Enlighten U" at the Dallas Market Center, getting an exclusive look at the latest lighting collections from @kichlerlighting and @progressltg, both part of the Coleto Brands portfolio. From stunning chandeliers and textured metal finishes to sleek modern wall sconces, the newest collections are giving us so many ideas for our homes and communities.

A huge thank you to Heather McKinley at @sourcelighting for the invitation through PDI. These are exactly the kinds of partnerships and experiences that keep the Bercher Homes design process fresh, intentional, and ahead of the curve.

Great homes deserve great light.

This is one of our favorite projects that Design AF has been apart of. This is another beautiful build by one of favorite builders and great friend Alan Van Why | Noble Knights | @nobleknightsconstruction

This project was a very surreal experience to be apart of. Growing up my summers were spent on Watts Bar Lake. This home is located in a community called Lakeside Coves on a part of Watts Bar that we refer to as “The Fingers”. A cove that we spent countless hours in tubing, wakeboard, skiing, etc... In the evenings we would always go on a sunset ride and look at houses on the lake. Little did we know I would be designing the houses that you want to go look at on the sunset boat rides.

While this house was getting built and it was time for an electrical take off. I was staying at the lake with my best friend who every memory I have on that lake he is apart of. Pulling up to their dock and being able to show him this gorgeous house in a place that means so much to us was one of my favorite memories from this build.

Sitting on their patio looking at “The Fingers” is a moment I will never forget. I think 10 year old Amanda who was in awe of the big beautiful lake homes would be pretty proud of herself.

A huge thank you to Sharon & Tom who allowed me to be apart of this, and Alan Van Why for trusting me with the homes you build. This project was a blast to create! @sharon.kohler2020
