Why not enjoy a coastal stroll along the South West Coast Path to soak in the sea views, followed by a well-earned hot drink at the Yard?

Happy IWD! I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by amazing women every day! Here’s a reel with some of those women but by no means all of them! They know that by supporting each other we’re stronger every day #iwd2025 #iwd #thisgirlcan #strongwomen #womensupportingwomen

Another fab weekend in & on the water with @southwest_sup 🏄🏼‍♀️ A lovely swim 🏊🏻‍♀️ & breakfast ☕️🥐catch up with @southdevonsarah, before things got competitive in the bay with @plymunisup, joined by Swansea and Bangor for an afternoon of racing! Then a chilled start to the day with the Sunday Crew! Always great to see so many people enjoying the sunshine ☀️😎 back to the gym tomorrow 🏋🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️😀

The Sunset Session 🌅

Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who came to Fridays event. A truly gorgeous evening filled with Yoga, Sauna, Swims and a lot of giggles.

I think it’s safe to say the sauna/swim experience is pretty addictive and many of us will definitely be back for more.

For those that missed out this time but fancy joining another get in touch as there may be plans to have more 🙌🏽

Such an incredible day and night at the Cold Water Swim event hosted by @balancemeskincare @davyjs and @charlottelodey_aligned supporting @thbwadebridge at @stmoritzhotel.cornwall 🌊

So much awareness raised for the @thehygienebank 🫧 Charlotte did an amazing job of hosting the Q&A with really useful questions around cold water swimming and winter skincare!

The icing on the cake was getting to spend time with amazing women @wander_this_way_ @thegeorgesadventures @cornersofcornwall @senaras_sister @katetocoast @samiguela @southdevon.oceanaddict @nicola_melly_awakening_guide @soul.training 💙

It’s too windy to be on the water today, so enjoying a day off with a bit of balancing on dry land 🧘🏼‍♀️ with beautiful immersive scenery & fab company 🤩☺️☕️🥐
