Hyak Passage, our first official Cielo Running race. We actually did it. ❤️‍🔥🦇✨ This race started with a pretty simple idea. Make something that felt like us. Thoughtful, welcoming, a little wild, and deeply rooted in the people we love running with. Seeing it come to life on Saturday, with so MANY of you out there running, volunteering, cheering, and taking care of each other, was everything. Thank you to every person who helped make this first one real, and to the partners and sponsors who believed in it with us. We’re so proud. We’re so grateful. First one in the books. ✨ @bretfromreallife with the amazing photos!!

After years of wondering why South Seattle didn't have a local running store, despite its many local run clubs and races, Miran McCash and fellow runner Amy DiTommaso decided to team up and do something about it. Earlier this month, they opened South End Running Exchange as a mobile run specialty shop, creating access for their running community. In this feature article, Miran McCash shares more on... 🚚 How South End Running Exchange became a reality 🏃🏻‍♀️ How her own running philosophy has evolved over the years 🫶 What she loves about being a run coach Read it all at the link in bio! (Photos by @pateltales_photography) #runners #runningcommunity #runclub #runningstore #runcoach

26 days until Hyak Passage! 🦇 Hyak Passage packs a lot into 25K: two trips through the Snoqualmie Tunnel, forest trails up to Annette Lake, and 1,800 feet of climbing. Your headlamp is finally getting a race-day moment. There’s plenty of care behind the course experience, too. Volunteers hike supplies 3.5 miles to the lake to keep you fed and cheer you on. With two staffed aid stations and 7.5 hours of course support, we’re here to help you through a big day in the mountains. Then it’s back to Hyak for tamales, coffee, kombucha, and celebrating what you just did. October 3 · Snoqualmie Pass Register before September 23 to get regular price. Much love to our partners for helping make it happen: @openfuel @hmkpnw @tierralibrerun @anaruncoaching @wolfmotherworkshop @rainshadowrunning @sevenhillsrunning @proudmaryusa @trailmixedco @southendrunningexchange @oiselle
