Rule #1. Place immediate implants, and place them well. 😘. #oralsurgery #nashvilleoralsurgeon #nashvilledentist #immediateimplants

Immediacy in a second molar with a periapical lesion.

Maxillary second molars can be the trickiest (and least necessary) immediate implants. It is one of the few times I talk to my patients about staged #dentalimplant placement.

This patient had severe dental phobia, so limiting the number of procedures and minimizing cost and risk of IV Sedation can be a real, motivating factor.

Luckily for the sake of posting, we had great insertional torque with proper positioning using an absolute UNIT of an implant. Enjoy the grainy pictures.

If the idea of a dental implant kinda freaks you out…let this ease your mind.

What if we told you we don’t just “wing it” in your mouth?
Every implant crown is first tested on a precise 3D model of your smile before it ever touches your teeth. That means we can check the fit, the bite, the look…all outside of your mouth first. No guessing. No surprises.

So if you’ve been wondering what getting an implant is actually like…this is it. Thoughtful. Planned. Customized down to the tiniest detail.

Because replacing a missing tooth isn’t just about filling a space…it’s about restoring your confidence like it was never gone in the first place.

Thank you to all of our sponsors. We have been doing this for almost 3 years and with the help of these amazing businesses we were able to provide opportunities for children to play for free! What an impact they make in the community! If you know of any businesses that would love to be part of our mission, please have them reach out! We want to be able to continue to provide this opportunity to children in the community. We would love to have them be a part of our NZone family!
