HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MY BOY @jude_facio ! Seeing his car go this far and competing with him has been a ton of fun! Made it through a couple rounds this AOCO, next one we’ll be there at the end! Believe it 😤

Was literally the first one to get called out, and I ended up making it three rounds in! Super close to the semi finals! Now I know all the dirty tricks you olds heads got, won’t make it any easier the next go 😤

2005 CALLAWAY CORVETTE — BUILD COMPLETE! 🏁

This one has been a long time coming!

Our customer has had this Corvette back on the road for the past few months, putting some break-in miles on its freshly rebuilt LS2. But of course, we weren’t going to leave it completely stock. 😎

We upgraded the combination with:

🔧 Forged DSS Pistons
🔧 DSS H-Beam Connecting Rods
🔧 Cammotions Stage 1 Camshaft
🔧 PRC Stage 2 CNC-Ported Cylinder Heads
🔧 Upgraded Valve Springs
🔧 Complete machine work & balancing by Mike & Sons Machine Shop

We also sent the Magnuson/Eaton MP112 out to Supercharger Online for a complete rebuild and freshened-up supercharger assembly.

Today was finally DYNO DAY! 📈🔥

Our friends at Southwest Speed in Albuquerque, New Mexico handled the tuning and dyno session.

The final numbers came in a little short of what we were hoping for, but the dyno told us something very important: this combination is moving a LOT of air.

With the additional airflow from the ported heads and upgraded combination, this Corvette is ready for the next step — either a smaller supercharger pulley or eventually stepping up to a larger supercharger.

But the real star of the dyno sheet?

🔥 THE TORQUE CURVE.

This thing produced an incredibly broad and flat torque curve from approximately 2,500 RPM all the way to redline.

Combine that kind of power delivery with how light these Corvettes are, and you have one seriously fun car to drive. 🏁

One of the things we enjoy most at New Chapter Garage is collaborating with other talented businesses and specialists. Building cars like this takes a team, and we are incredibly grateful for the people who help make these projects happen.

A huge THANK YOU to:

🔹 Mike & Sons Machine Shop — machine work & balancing
🔹 Supercharger Online — MP112 rebuild
🔹 Southwest Speed — Albuquerque, NM — dyno & tuning

We appreciate every one of you and look forward to building even more badass combinations together!

The numbers may not be the final chapter… but this Corvette is just getting started. 🔥

Put the Whipple Lobito on the dyno today to make some refined adjustments.
Stay tuned! We’re dropping down the pulley yet again!

We cannot thank Ivan enough from @southwestspeed for the help and letting us use his dyno!
