These last few years have been some of the hardest. Had it all and lost it all. I wrote a song while I was in the deepest part of the water.

Right now, it’s early mornings and late nights.
Cold tea.Interrupted conversations.
Moments where we pass each other in the chaos instead of sitting together in it.

Right now, it’s parenthood.
two people loving hard, holding it down, and figuring it out together.

So until we get back to us … let’s rock parenthood.
Let’s rock the teamwork, the silent check-ins, the shared looks that say I’ve got you.
Let’s rock the routines, the mess, the milestones, and the love we’re building in real time.

Because this season won’t last forever.
One day the house will be quieter.
The kids won’t need us the same way.
And we will always find our way back to long talks, slow mornings, and just being us ❤️

Seven 🎂🎉🥳💗
And for the past week, we’ve found ourself just staring at you in awe of how beautifully you’ve grown🥹🥰. Not just in height or age, but in heart.

You are so smart, so kind, so thoughtful. You give without being asked, love without hesitation, and move through this world with the purest energy. Your heart is gentle and good, and it shows in everything you do.

Being your parents has been one of the greatest honors of our lives. Watching you become you is one of our favorite things 🥰

Happy 7th birthday, my sweet girl. Never lose that light, that softness, that beautiful heart. The world is better because you’re in it. 💗✨
