Today I was moved to tears at a museum shop by a book about trees and a manifesto about Louisiana architecture and then we walked out of the museum to people dancing in the street and i almost forgot we are supposed to experience this kind of awe every day!

정말… 뜨거웠던 언본사운즈 3주년 파티🤯
디제잉을 하면서 하기쌤만큼이나 고마운 사람들이 바로 언본사운즈 크루예요. 사실 제가 디제잉을 잘 모르던 시절에도 언본 파티에 자주 놀러 갔었고, 언본 DJ들이 각자 클럽에서 플레이할 때면 그 시간만 보고 집에 갈 정도로 이들의 음악을 좋아했어요.

그렇게 자주 얼굴을 보다 보니 친해지고, 저도 어느 순간 디제잉을 배우게 되었죠. Soap의 기분 좋은 음악을 즐기는 Ayla도 있지만, 언본의 진하고 묵직하게 때리는 음악을 사랑하는 Ayla도 있기에 언본이 처음으로 제게 Times클럽에서의 기회를 준 순간을 아직도 잊을 수 없어요.
덜덜 떨면서 하기쌤께 카톡했던 그날이 아직도 생생🙈

3주년 파티날 Mikano가 말했듯, 언본이 쌓아온 이 커뮤니티가 정말 소중하고 멋지다고 생각해요. 이제 “언본 파티는 무조건 뜨겁고 재밌다!”라는 말이 당연하게 느껴질 정도🔥
그런 믿고 맡길 수 있는 파티 크루가 되기까지, 정말 수고 많았다고 말해주고 싶습니다!

아직 부족한 저를 믿고 기회를 주고, 이번 3주년 파티까지 초대해준 언본사운즈에게 정말 영광스럽고 감사한 마음뿐 ㅠㅠ

UNBORNSOUNDS’ 3rd Anniversary Party was
absolutely on fire 🔥 🤯
Besides my teacher Hagy, one of the people I’m most grateful for in my DJ journey is definitely the UNBORNSOUNDS crew. Even back when I knew nothing about DJing, I used to go to their parties all the time and whenever they were playing at different clubs (even individually), I’d often show up just for their set and head home after, because I loved their music that much.

Seeing them so often, we naturally got closer, and at some point, I started learning how to DJ too. There’s Ayla who loves the uplifting & happy sounds at Soap, but there’s also Ayla who lives for the powerful, pounding vibes of UNBORN. That’s why I’ll never forget the very first time they invited me to a gig at Times. It‘s still so vivid, trembling as I messaged Hagy on KakaoTalk.

And as Mikano mentioned that night, the community UNBORN has built over the years is something truly special and important. At this point, saying “An UNBORN party is guaranteed to be crazyy fun!” feels only natural, and I just want to say how much respect I have for all the hard work it took for UNBORN SOUNDS to become such a trusted party crew.

Thank you UNBORNSOUNDS for believing in me, for pulling me up, and for giving me the honor to be part of this 3rd anniversary party. I’m truly grateful, and may UNBORN continue for not just 5 or 10, but 100 more years.
