🏌️ THE PRESTIGE GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP 🏆

Things are getting competitive on the golf course...

The golfers of the office have been getting together outside of work for the Prestige Golf Championship, with our Sales Director Soyfur among those battling it out for points and, more importantly, bragging rights. 😂

The current standings have Alfie out in front on 32.5 points, with Dan and Soyfur tied for second on 18.5.

But Dan made up some ground on the latest outing, finishing top with 4 points, while Alfie and Soyfur shared 1.5 points each, followed by Patrick on 1 and Oscar on 0.5.

Still plenty to play for, but right now there’s one clear man to catch, Alfie. The pressure is on. 👀🏌️‍♂️

We’ll keep you updated as the PGC continues!

🏆 SALESMAN OF THE MONTH | JUNE 🏆

A huge congratulations to Felix Read, our Salesman of the Month for June in the London Sales Team! 👏

Felix put together a brilliant month, showing the consistency, determination and work ethic needed to come out on top in a competitive sales team. It’s great to see the hard work paying off and another strong performance recognised.

Congratulations, Felix - a thoroughly deserved award! 🏆

Now the challenge is keeping hold of it... 👀

At Prestige, our monthly MVPs aren’t chosen by managers. Every member of the team casts their vote, recognising the colleague who has made the biggest impact that month.

For May, Patrick was voted London Sales Team MVP, while Sarah was voted Support Team MVP by their respective teams.

Patrick was recognised for his consistency, positive attitude and the support he gave his teammates throughout May, while Sarah earned her award after making an outstanding impact early into her Prestige journey by delivering reporting tools that are already helping the business every day.

One of the perks of being voted MVP is joining our directors for lunch. It’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some great food (and maybe a few desserts!), have a laugh and spend time talking about more than just work.

Recently, Patrick and Sarah sat down with Deva, Soyfur, and our Finance Director John, for their MVP lunch.

It was a brilliant afternoon filled with good conversation, shared stories and plenty of laughs. Congratulations again to Patrick and Sarah on a well-deserved recognition from their teammates. 👏

A strong month once again from Tahir [ @t_arif1 ], retaining both Salesperson of the Month and The Hunter Award for March.

Back-to-back recognition at this level is never by chance. At the start of the year, Tahir set a clear focus on improving his consistency, and that intent is now showing in his results.

It’s one thing to deliver a standout month, but maintaining that level of performance over time is what really sets people apart.

Tahir continues to raise the standard on the sales floor, combining strong output with a disciplined approach to his work.

A well-earned achievement and great to see it recognised again.

Last week we touched on Alfie’s promotion
Here’s what that actually means day to day.

Alfie is stepping into the role of London Sales Team Leader.

His focus now is on leading from the front.

Driving performance, setting the pace on the floor, and making sure the team is pushing in the right direction day to day.

It’s not just about his own numbers anymore.

It’s about the wider team.

Keeping standards high.
Maintaining momentum.
Making sure everyone is moving forward.

As we continue to grow, his role becomes even more important.

More people coming into the team, more moving parts, and a bigger need for strong leadership on the floor.

Someone who sets the tone, keeps things sharp, and makes sure nothing slips.

He’s already been doing that naturally.

Consistent performance, strong presence, and someone others look to.

Now it’s his role to take that further.

A big step for him, and an important one for the team going into Q2.

We’re pleased to recognise two well-earned promotions within our London Sales Team.

Congratulations to Alfie and Tahir!

It was a pleasure to announce their promotions during our End of Q1 meeting.

They have both played a key role in the progress we’ve made.

Consistent performance, strong standards and a clear impact on the people around them.

These opportunities aren’t given lightly.

They’re earned through output, mindset and the ability to raise the level of others.

As we continue to grow, we’re committed to promoting from within and giving people the opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

These roles are key, not just to them but for the wider business and the steps we take next.

We’ll be sharing more on these important promotions very soon.

Gold Cup Day at Cheltenham. 🐎

There are big sporting events… and then there’s Gold Cup Day.

The final day of the Cheltenham Festival always carries a different kind of energy.
Our sales team and senior management were there to experience it first-hand.

From the famous Cheltenham roar to the atmosphere around the course throughout the afternoon, it’s easy to see why this week sits so high on the calendar for so many people.

These are the type of events that bring people together, create memorable experiences where you can enjoy sports on one of its biggest stages.

A great day out with the team to close out an incredible week of racing. 🐎
