@nhl still has by far the best cause, recognition and celebration related themed specialty jerseys and it’s not close.

Brady Skjei game worn 25th anniversary patched Carolina Hurricanes 2023 playoffs away jersey. Skjei would wear this jersey for 7 total games in the Hurricanes Playoff push in 2023 before being swept by the Florida Panthers in the Eastern Conference Finals. In those 7 games, he would record 3 assists, including his 15th career playoff point. Wear is heavy for the few number of games, including large sewn repairs, unrepaired holes, paint transfer, and puck/stick marks throughout making it so I was able to photomatch the jersey to every game it was used in including some super cool overhead shots, handshake line pics, and locker room perspective photos. As painful as it was, the Hurricanes 25th anniversary in 2023 was a super memorable playoff run, so I’m happy to add a gamer from that era to my collection, especially one from one of my favorite players. This makes 2 Skjei Hurricanes gamers In My collection #CarolinaHurricanes #stanleycup #hockey #hockeyjersey #gameworn

Not to be political, but today is a perfect day to unite with your neighbor and put differences aside and love each other.

It’s wild to think about how much time has past since the horrific day in NYC and subsequent tribute game between the @nyrangers and @buffalosabres @thegarden. Two rivals of the era that hated each other on the ice but united to honor those who lost and gave their lives.

This strip down and re-crest project took a LONG time with lots of help from other stitchers and @cdonedelivery thank you all for your help.

Sewn for return customer and massive rangers fan: @jwolczok
