SO MF PROUDDDDD @graceweber on @colorsxstudios 🥹💛 we’ve really been going non stop for years and I’m excited to see people appreciate the art we’ve been making…Slide 01, a clip from Graces @colorsxstudios Show, performing her new single “intimate” 🥹 • Slide 02, the second half of this song came from one of those days where everything is really just going to shit but we got work to do, we have a session to be at, we’re making art but being indie isn’t always easy! seeing this moment come to life was honestly healing, watching @akeel.music play the piano and guitar building the track while grace sat in the back of the stu on her phone listening, writing, this is the first time we herd this part back in full after grace cut the ending and we did choir vocals (which YALL I’m on the choir you hear there 🥹💛 makes this song even more special to me) and still it’s one of my favorite moments….truly the therapy we needed, NOW GO STREAM IT, WATCH THE PERFORMMANCEEEEE*

Happy Moon day Gods and Goddesses✨

As I am nearing 1 year postpartum, I just wanted to share with my mamas that the journey to accepting and loving the changes my body experienced has been challenging. In the beginning I was very insecure. I felt like a stranger in my own body. I didn’t feel comfortable in any of my clothes. I barely took any pictures. But as time passed I consistently had to remind myself that I created, carried, and delivered a whole human! What a blessing it is to be able to say I am a giver of life🥰
•
Doing mirror work, saying affirmations, and being mindful of my nutrition and fitness habits have helped me to feel more comfortable in my new body! I understand that this is not as easy for other women. This is why myself and my partner (@motivatorvee) have created a Goddess Body Positivity Safe Haven to help other women feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies🫶🏾
