the treehouse chapter🌿
this tree spirit has held us through a profound chapter of life~

She held us through big growing pains — the initial and subtle loneliness and grief that comes with moving to a whole new place, no matter the amazing community and friends that surround you..

a movement phase in life when you are reminded so directly (and sometimes overwhelmingly) that change is truly the only constant and that life is so fragile.. a blink of an eye — there is always to life the shifting of seasons, cycles of death and rebirth.

this treehouse has taught us what simple living truly is — from the most embodied state of living in tune with the elements of Mother Nature — sharing and guiding us, helping us to peel the layers toward what truly matters.

this treehouse held us through a hurricane that rocked the whole island.. Tree Spirit told us that we would be safe here — and we held deep trust in her word and her roots. we creaked and swayed — most of her branches shed but surely we were held, protected through that unforgettable night.

this treehouse anchored me through some of my most profound transmissions of grid work and the deeper listening into Earth Mother’s messages. portals into the past and future, weaving and bridging cosmic intelligence with earth wisdom.

this treehouse has been a beacon of light and joy — of our individual and family, children’s expansion — a chapter filled with unforgettable memories and heart-beaming, adventurous living. climbing up & down each day, enlightening the inner child within.

the love poured into building this house, the people who have tended this space, and the community that surrounds her and will continue to grow on this magical place.. we will cherish this chapter and hold this home close to our hearts♾️

and the next chapter.. although still moving through yet another burst of growing pains — we are so grateful & humbly excited for all the adventures, messages, and expansion to come~ same island new home🌿 moving shifting transmuting transforming~

holding extra close to my heart lately that at the end of the day… it’s really only ever between Spirit and I~

who we are when ‘no one’ is watching holds just as much weight as who we are when ‘everyone’ is watching. the real work lives there.. it’s who you are in private. your heart, your integrity, your relationship with Spirit♾️ the way you love people when there’s nothing to gain from it..

as a collective we are moving through times where so much can be curated, performed, edited, projected… but energy doesn’t lie!! EMBODIMENT IS LIVED EXPERIENCE AND WISDOM you can’t make up true radiance, inner wealth/health && happiness!!

everyone and everything is the divine/Spirit/god/source in disguise — always leaving us with mirrors and teachers, reflections and messages. all divine. all medicine. all an opportunity for deeper awareness, growth, expansion, alignment, connection and love🧬🌈🌹

life alive!!!

through all the purging, upheaving, veils lifting, massive recalibrations & upgrades on a planetary and cosmic level.. truly feeling like we have come here — preparing for this exact moment! and i am/we are here for it🐉

HOLDING THE VISION
believing in and trusting in only the light.
holding the frequency —
sitting in prayer, in meditation, in equanimity as we watch the unfolding,, the crumbling of old systems and the rebirth process of this new world longing to come earth side.
the wildest, most intense and deep deep deeeep contractions before the expansion of all the -isness.

¡¡ the darkness is coming to light. the more light we each bring to the dark, the faster it will be transformed into light !!

IN SACRED REMEMBRANCE
that we are ready - have been preparing for this for lifetimes!! and NOW IS THE TIME TO KEEP SHINING YOUR LIGHT
and living each day attuning to the frequencies, with intention, loving awareness, TRUST, and divine remembrance that it is all the plan and we need to continue to weave and hold the light.

checking in with yourself —
how does it feel in your body?
what is your nervous system responding/telling you? how is your heart?
:: if you’re overwhelmed, go slower breathe deeper, go into nature away from the screens.
be present, find joy in the chaos, love your people and expand that bandwidth further and deeper each day. have discernment, your voice strong, hold gratitude, give love. everything is sacred, all one.

and in the end🫶🏾 “the real work you have to do is in the privacy of your own heart” anyway no??💚

anyway, love to all:) living in prayer and gratitude each day for this slow simple life with my fam🥲 had just one (magical) surf so far since moving but more to come🌈 boys are growing up so fast, going slower to truly soak it all in. life a living ceremony, one big moving prayer~~ xx nene

Inner peace, for me, is a returning.
A soft remembering of what truly feeds my spirit.

The land beneath my feet.
The ancestors who dreamed pathways long before I arrived.
The subtle energies—quiet, alive, generous—that move through rock and water, breath and bone.

Living in Hawai‘i has taught me that ʻāina means more than “land.”
ʻĀina is that which feeds.
Not only with food, but with belonging… with guidance… with relationship.

In this season of reflection, I’m asking myself again:
What do I receive from the land that holds me?
And just as importantly—
What do I give in return?

Life is not transactional.
It’s reciprocity.
Kōkua ʻāku, kōkua mai—give help, receive help.
The same flow that moves through community also moves through the earth itself.

When I root into this truth, something in me settles.
My breath slows.
My spirit softens.
And I feel that quiet inner peace that comes from being in right relationship—
with place, with people, with the invisible weavings that make this world alive.

Today I’m honoring what feeds me.
And offering myself back with deep love, joy gratitude.🤍
