Skin care is very important to me. And for me it’s not just about washing your face both am and pm, and using good products but it’s also the extra little things that give your skin that boost. What do I mean? I’m talking about facial massages, icing your face, ultrasonic devices and gua sha tools. In my opinion, this these extra little things help you achieve the best skin possible at home. Of course going to the spa will be the best, but I’m taking about at home care.

Above is a picture of my gua sha tool that I bought from @spakingston from one of @rosesnroseco parties. I bought it about two years ago and have been using it ever since! Gua sha tools help with lymphatic drainage, it helps push your product into your skin, relives tension and helps with any puffiness that you may have in your face.

1. Cleanse your skin with @facereality Ultra Gentle Cleanser, and remove with warm water or a cloth.⁣

After cleansing my face I combined my phyto retinol cream and lipid drench nourishing oil accelerator and applied it generously on my face. Then starting with my neck first, I used my Gua Sha tool that I had popped in the freezer for five minutes. This is a new step that I've added to my skin care regime and I LOVE IT! I love the way my skin looks and feels afterwards. Using the Gua Sha tool on your face will of course help push the products a little bit deeper into your face which is great, as well as many other benefits, but the lymphatic drainage benefit is what I love best... Besides the part that it feels good. Lol.
