Stanley🤍 Our hearts are broken as Stanley gains his angel wings🪽

Stan had such a huge personality in such a little body, always making us laugh with his cheeky ways.

Im sure he is back with his little sidekick Muriel over the rainbow bridge causing mischief and stealing sausages🥹🌈

Sleep tight our sweet boy❤️ You’ll always have a special place in our hearts 🐾xxx

COME WITH ME TO RELIGHT YOUR FIRE 🔥😜👀

Yes we lift some big & get strong AF... but the approach & guidance I give outside of these sessions is the real flex 🐸😜 ✨

For example.... I had a client happy crying inbetween leg press sets last week, in the realisation of how different she FEELS mentally & physically compared to when she met me for a consultation last year💜🥹

Another example... a client now writing daily SELF LOVE affirmations each morning on a white board to rule her day in a that positive head space...

Client's trying medicinal mushrooms to help with menopausal symptom struggles along with a big focus on anti inflammatory foods. As we know it's not JUST about turning to medication... there are so many things you can consider to help yourself and alot of it is lifestyle too...

I have clients unhappy in their jobs... where I will assist in holistic stress management tips to allow for more creativity/head space... manifestation tools... the BELIEF for change & action

All in all.... HOWEVER i can help a client- I'm there. Yano what aswell? They help me too BIG time. Collectively we are a team of honest, open hearted women who just wanna improve with age... which can mean so much more than a bit of fat loss. SO MUCH!💜

Lovely quote that come out my client @span5 mouth other day plain & simple😆🙌💜

"AGEING" is a direct representation of how you live your life, what you put in your body & how you move your body... your overall lifestyle! Treat the body well.... = "age" well😉

Anna came to me at the beginning of the year wanting to get more visible results from her training & honestly she has ABSOLUTELY NAILED the plan like a boss. We have worked on better lifestyle habits, reduction of alcohol, learning when to rest & reign it in, practicing gratitude, stress management & just learning that everything as a whole ties in with self love. Bigging yourself up instead of batting yourself down, we're here for it!

Look forward to Anna's return from her well earned holiday, to then get stuck in to a muscle development phase. Big performance push & focus on increasing food to prompt this!🦾 Proud as punch!
