Spanky’s Driving Academy-Saving lives before we lose them! New book on Amazon titled: Hey Dude, Don’t Die! Spanky’s Ultimate Guide For Teen Drivers

Happy to say the Inverted Wall at my first ever Spartan 5k wasn’t as bad as it looked. In fact it was much easier than the straight up ones. I’m definitely not a beast but I still had a great time.

If you are on the fence about stepping out of your comfort zone to do something challenging, I encourage you to do it! Doing hard things builds resiliency and even reverses some signs of aging along with improved brain health.

You never know what you can do until you give it a try. Don’t let fear stop you from living your best life. 😉

Had a fantastic time at the Titan’s Foundation 5k at Nissan Stadium. The city and stadium were all lit up and the temp was absolutely perfect. This run has the most epic finish on the 50 yard line with tons of famous landmarks along the course. Got my best time so far this year with a 9:27 pace and finished in 6th for my division.
Shout out to my friend CJ aka the “Running Chaplain” for the videos and encouragement. He beat his goal and finished 4th in his division.

It was definitely a hot one at the Golden Harvest 5k in Nashville! Tennessee is still under a heat advisory. I finished 1st in the female grandmasters division (40 and over). My friend CJ, aka the Running Chaplain, finished 1st in the male grandmasters division.
