A truly special evening hosting the @prideofandoverawards with @tommygentleman last night. It was so inspiring to have so many incredible people in one room, each with a story of making a difference in the community.

It was also very moving to have the @davidmellorjewellery (David Mellor) and @newstreetdentalcare (Julian Chen) families with us. Both inspiring selfless men were such a huge part of these awards for so many years, and their presence and legacy are felt deeply, two wonderful people who are missed by all.

I was especially proud to see so many young people in attendance, and to celebrate achievements across such a wide range of areas, from sport and the arts to volunteering, mental wellbeing and beyond.

A special mention to the Andover Detachment of the @armycadetsuk, who did a fantastic job on the night and truly embodied the values of selfless commitment, service and community.

Huge congratulations to every nominee and winner, you are the heartbeat of Andover and proof that real heroes walk among us every day.

ADHD - A Hidden Superpower 🥷

It’s a different way of thinking, a unique wiring that comes with creativity, energy, and resilience. It’s about seeing connections others miss, diving deep into passions, and thriving in dynamic environments. There’s no shame, no embarrassment, and no need for excuses either—just the power to harness strengths, adapt, and push forward. ADHD isn’t a limitation; it’s a different kind of potential. Own it always! ⚡️

Oh, and one more thing… it’s actually a superpower. But don’t tell anyone, they might think we’re different... 😉

Wonderful couple of days spent with Lil, lights last night and Monet interactive exhibition today. Brick Lane is an eclectic mix of the weird and wonderful, including the Vintage market (with quite a few wtf moments) and the rainbow broccoli! #monet #bricklane #sisters
