Three projects. Three awards. One commitment to inspired architecture.

We’re honored to share that ALINE Architecture Concepts received three awards at the 2026 ICONIC LIFE Design Awards, celebrating excellence in architecture and design.

ICONIC Award | Hospitality Architecture
@pinyon_restaurant | Old Town Scottsdale

Gold Award | Hospitality Architecture
@sparrowtrailhead | Peoria, Arizona

Silver Award | Modern Custom Home (3,500–6,500 SF)
Carefree Modern Residence | Arizona

Selected through an anonymous judging process by a national panel of architects, these awards are a meaningful recognition of the creativity, collaboration and thoughtful design behind each project.

Our Co-Principal and Co-Founder, Brian Laubenthal, attended the celebration alongside his wife, Kristi, for a wonderful evening recognizing the talent and work of Arizona’s design community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our clients, project partners and the many talented teams who helped bring these projects to life. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners, and thank you to ICONIC LIFE for a memorable evening.

North Peoria is BOOMING! We are becoming the NW Valley’s Scottsdale! So much is happening around 83rd Ave & Happy Valley.

New quality restaurants and retail, hundreds of new homes, luxury multi-family and a new school on the way.

Peoria is the Place to do business! With all this growth, North Peoria is creating some great opportunities for businesses looking for their next location.

@sparrowtrailhead is easily one of my local favorites 🍽️✨

The atmosphere is modern, lively, and welcoming with a beautiful open dining room, full bar, lounge seating, and a spacious covered patio. If you’re there for weekend brunch, the live DJ makes it even more fun. 🎶🥂

The menu is American eclectic with creative flavors and plenty of dishes that stand out. The Chef’s Whim Butter Board is always worth trying, along with favorites like the snow crab and avocado stack, Icelandic cod, and slow braised short rib pappardelle.

And of course, don’t skip the craft cocktails. 🍸

If you’re local or visiting the area, definitely add @sparrowtrailhead to your list!
