This prep taught me more about myself than I ever could’ve imagined. Not only did I achieve the best look of my life, but I learned so much about discipline, sacrifice, patience, and what it truly means to commit yourself to something bigger than yourself. There were lessons learned through the highs, the lows, the difficult days, and the moments when things didn’t go as planned. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade any of it, because every experience helped shape me into the person and athlete I am today. But one of the biggest things I’m walking away with is a greater appreciation for the people who have stood in my corner throughout this journey. No prep is accomplished alone, and I’m beyond grateful for every individual who has played a part in helping me get to this point.

I want to thank every individual who had a helping hand in making this prep what it was, especially my Family and Friends. Whether it was guidance, support, encouragement, a check-in, a conversation, a kind word, or simply taking the time to show that you cared, it all meant more to me than you know. There were days when the smallest things made the biggest difference, and I’ll never overlook the people who took the time to pour into me along the way.

@h_rhoades Thankyou, I honestly don’t even know where to start with this because I feel like there’s no way I could ever put into words how grateful I am for you and everything you’ve done for me over these last four years. First and foremost, thank you for believing in me. Thank you for seeing something in me and helping me build it into something I never could have imagined when I first started this journey. You haven’t just coached me for 20 weeks this prep, You’ve been a huge part of the person I’ve become over the last four years. You’ve helped me build my physique, but more importantly, you’ve helped me build myself and make that little kid that used to be bullied for being fat inside me proud of what I have become. Those 20 weeks of prep have been some of the hardest weeks I’ve ever put myself through. There were days where I was exhausted, hungry, mentally drained, frustrated, and probably not the easiest p

Haven’t posted an actual leg day so here’s a leg day lol

Vids are in order. Not shown: adductors + abductors (first workout) and seated hamstrings (after first workout)

Posing towards the end was painful, that’s how you know you did leg day right.

Special s/o to @tony__duong for the recommended leg day!

Bernie in the end doing his best hallelujah praise

~ To my close circle of Friends and Family that supported me during these last 20 weeks:
( Those of you that know of me know that I keep to a small group of key people that I value as my family blood or not ) These past 20 weeks of prep changed me and my life, and I will forever be thankful. You guys mean the world to me and I’m so happy that I was able to truly identify my strengths and capitalize on weak areas in life to grow progress every day not only as a bodybuilder but as a Human with you and God.

(Jeremiah 51:20) “You are My war club, My weapon for battle, And with you I shatter nations, And with you I destroy kingdoms”

I feel unstoppable with you guys by my side and I am forever grateful for every single one of you 🙏🏻
