Magic was all around for our last act in January. (Ok there might be some special effects) Michael Brigante otherwise known as lead singer guitarist of one of Adelaide’s coolest bands - Attonbitus. “What you do” is one of my favourite songs from their album David St. I was lucky enough to hear a very cool solo version. Thanks Michael. Everyone there loved your performance. Brilliant!

yup! yup? yarrrrrrrrrrrrp!
*flares nostrils* yesireeeeebob! 🤠

"wut?"

SHINY GNU SPOZ BLOG IS WUT!!
splog bog bippity bong boppo!

"you're a bit weird, Spoz..."

sheeeeiiit, now you tells me!?

IN THIS EPISODE:
A Gazillion Angry Mexicans, Dirty Pagans and Rocky's Pride & Joy; Attonbitus, February Clouds and Church Moms; Molly Rocket, Radicals, Nocturnal Animals and Looch

from October 6th, 7th, and 8th 2022

which finally FINALLY... in me catching up with all this (endless) photo editing, culminates 20 WHOLE FREAKING YEARS OF ME BLOGGING THE ADELAIDE LIVE MUSIC SCENE since October 9th 2002!? FUUUUUUuUCK THAT!!

so y'know that's a thing! try not to make too much of a "thing" of it? don't wanna startle my liver... I keep it in a small formaldehyde jar, I call the jar "Gerald", I'm possibly just making all this up on the spot, I don't have a liver, I'm not human, I'm a reanimate lich wizard powered entirely by mi goreng and madness, and maybe I'M called Gerald!? I forget.

"we've been wondering this for a while now, is your name Spencer?"

thanks Nuclear Family. I still keep laughing about that one!

*ahem*

ALSO... I blogged my 200th unique live act for this year in this episode: Dirty Pagan! take a bow for what its worth. it's not worth MUCH... but you might get 20 cents for it?

and then blogged my 201st: A Gazillion Angry Mexicans!

oh and one of my friends also made their 100th episode appearance in this SAME episode... I won't say who, I don't wanna startle them, they are very easily startled. HAI! *waves*

"thanks Spoz, I hate it"

and yes I totally lined up all these momentous numbers COMPLETELY BY ACCIDENT... I assure you. I'm not that clever. I'm approximately a few shades less clever than you assumed. I also do not exist. or maybe I DO in the hearts and dreams and memories of us all!

*wibbly wobbly hands*

ANYHOO! for those photos, videos, and hopefully me not rambling even more gibberish as running commentary, as this ISN'T 2008 - 2010 of the blog, don't go searching that far back, that was an entirely different "Spoz" for legal reasons.

P.S. several noses and window panes were broken trying to get this pic. Worth it.

You, a nerd: I will not go to see cool bands at the Exeter this Friday. I will sit and stare into middle distance until Monday morning.
