Be mindful of who you seek advice from when you’re experiencing conflict in your relationship.

Every relationship has challenges, but sometimes the people we turn to for advice can do more damage than the conflict itself.

Think about it. If you have a plumbing problem, why would you call an electrician? 😂

Sometimes we seek counsel from people who are projecting their own unhappiness, unresolved wounds, or negative experiences onto our relationships.

And sometimes, we’re not even looking for advice. We’re looking for someone to agree with us.

But validation isn’t always wisdom, and agreement isn’t always support.

The best friends aren’t the ones who always take your side. They’re the ones who love you enough to challenge you, offer a different perspective, and hold you accountable when you’re wrong.

Be intentional about who you allow to influence your relationships. Not everyone who listens to your problems is qualified to help you solve them.

Unconditional love + Forgiveness = Unconditional Access ❌

This is ME.. This is MOI.. This is my process.. My leading mindset, attitude and energy..

Unconditional love + Forgiveness = Reconciliation ❌

I can't cut you off. I can't I can't hate you. I can't do any of that without this process happening first.. And once this process happens, it brings me back to LOVE.. So now I can't lead with and from any of the above even if wanted to.. Why? Cause I'm back in alignment with self and the higher power.. LOVE!

Unconditional love + Forgiveness = Unconditional Tolerance ❌

I've worked it out now though.. This is me.. I'm still not perfect at it but THIS IS ME.. It has to come from love. It can't come from anything else for me because anything else just isn't authentically me..

MEN NEED HEALING TOO… AND NOBODY IS COMING TO DO IT FOR THEM

What hit me in this conversation…
was realizing that healing isn’t just about surviving your own pain.
It’s having the courage to face what your pain may have passed down.

We’ve normalized men being “fine.”
Working. Providing. Holding it together.

But “fine” is not the same as emotionally available.

Healing looks like this…
Sitting with your kids.
Looking them in the eyes.
Asking, “How did I make you feel?”
And having the strength to stay when the answer hurts.

That’s healing.

Not avoidance.
Not distraction.
Not providing as a substitute for presence.

Because if you don’t face it…
the silence becomes the inheritance.

Men don’t need more pressure.
They need permission to feel, process, and evolve.
But the responsibility is still theirs.

Healing isn’t optional if you want depth, connection, and legacy.

Men need healing too… and they deserve real spaces to do that.

If a man feels like he’s failing in his relationships, in his purpose, or in how he shows up… he has to be willing to face himself.
Not avoid. Not blame. Not distract.
Own it.

And here’s the truth most men miss… you don’t figure this out alone.

Healing requires other men.
Real conversations.
Accountability.
Being challenged instead of just comforted.

Because growth doesn’t happen in isolation… it happens when someone is willing to call you forward
