There are not enough grants in existence to provide the level of income that would match what the black and brown community brings to the rooftop… this is a prime example of FAFO… and if the unseasoned anti cultural coalitions wanted to act like the last 50 years didn’t exist the orange man in office not cutting grants w/o his gauwdy a** signature going on it

So be honest a lot of mashups you hear from Me I make on the fly… you know ADHD doing what it does… but I do have a number of my mixes and remixes on SoundCloud (pending the algorithm, doesn’t take it down for copyright) that you could like or share…. Now, when it comes to my @thaalternateside mixes, you will hear all of them at some point during the night

but for those of you all who are new to the program, my name is @gregorywilson and if you’re not familiar yet, I’m one of your favorite DJs in New York City. You just haven’t met me yet, but it is a pleasure to cross your timeline.
hit the follow, leave a like, leave a comment and tell your friend that you wanna go to the next @houseofrussian in winter 2027

Hi, my name is @gregorywilson and chances are if you’re seeing this, you might have missed my set at @houseofrussian and that’s fine, but I don’t want you to miss any of my other events that I have for the rest of the year.

One of the things that I truly love is my series called @thaalternateside where I in real time blend some of my childhood favorites was the biggest songs of the day.
and that right there is the energy I wanted to bring to the day. Now, if you want to see the full mix, it is available on YouTube. So tune in and enjoy

in case you’re wondering what this song is it’s a mashup of @theecherrelle and @jagwadechamp

Dear Road,

From the day we first met you have given me life, joy and strength I didn’t know possible, you have made the dark moments bearable, and joy sustaining, and the freedom to exist in a way that is rare when you live your life in a black body. But this weekend you gave me another first, a time to publicly say thank you, a time to share all you have taught me, and a time to inspire others as you have me. In my years of DJing full time he career full time it is a highlight for to also share this moment with my brothers.
We laughed, we cracked jokes… we made memories and brought joy in front of millions of people who never would have heard of this glasses wearing Brooklynite…

To @tearsmas thank you for including me in this years @nhcarnivalldn to @hugh_doulos thank you for the opportunity. And to my brothers @bkdjron_ @djboogs__ @selectajigga I appreciate all of you and with love to our new friends, family, and masqueraders who brought the energy on both days of road here’s to 2027.
