✨🎃Soul Session Halloweekend🎃✨
Friday, October 30th @hooga.house

Less fright, more flow 🌙

Come dressed for a special Halloweekend (sober friendly) celebration weaving together live music, breath, sound, movement, community and contrast therapy for an evening of connection, creativity, and intentional presence 👻 (costumes encouraged, but no face or body paint if planning to sauna/cold plunge please:)

🎶 7–9 PM | Live Instrumental Jam Flow

@twizzledofficial is bringing out his incredible hand and heart built sound system and starting off the music for the evening with an all original downtempo set 💫
Next @strykersteele_music shares a live instrumental jam flow and all original set, later infused with analog modular textures by Griff and live vocal elements by myself ✨
@bluebrickfx will be orchestrating a laser array and @spectrumone_ will be sharing analog modular synth visuals paired with the Sonic journey 🌈

🌬️ 9–11 PM | Soul Session

Journey inward with guided three-part breathwork, live crystal singing bowls, ambient modular synthesis, and somatic movement, accompanied by immersive projection-mapped visuals with analog textures.
@flosovisuals is also bringing out a laser display for yet another layer of the immersive visual experience 🌈 paired to the color and frequency spectrum of the crystal singing bowls!

Close the evening with optional sauna & cold plunge integration — a chance to ground, reset, and embrace the transformative elements of fire and water as we move through the season of transformation 🔥

No experience necessary — come as you are. 🖤

Find the link in my bio to reserve your spot as space is limited for the workshop and contrast therapy 🍂

Please bring a yoga mat and swimsuit to join the offerings comfortably 🌟

✨🌈🌦️🍄🧚🏻🍂🏞️💛✨

What a beautiful gathering of adventurous and magical souls, celebrating the wonders of life and all its cycles 💫

Double rainbow magic, Autumn gold shining sun, and seeing @spectrumone_ and team work together so smoothly 3 beautiful sets, 3 nights in a row 🤩

Plus sauna backstage 😌

Swipe to see a video someone asked me for my phone to take (I was hesitant at first 😅)
I’m grateful that the visual team makes space for me to hang out and see them work their magic!
I bring smoothies and gf pretzels in reciprocal gratitude 🥨

Stepped through a Doortal and found a beautiful secret dimension in a corn field in Ohio ✨🌽🌻

So much magic! It was wonderful to finally meet our friend and master engineer @kukandub in person and talk about some pretty insane festie plans for next year 👀👀

Also SO good to finally catch a @herbalistekmusic set and chat about their production process — very similar to what Griff & I do in @soulspectrum.sound 💫

And so many compliments on our matching shirts 🥹✨ My latest collaborative album release with @drumspyder , featuring his incredible hand-drawn album art design 🦢🌀

And of course, some awarenesses that came through during 3 incredible sets of @prettylights ✨

In times of bringing darkness to light, it’s just as important to shine a light on the beauty and positive change happening all around us 🌞

One beautiful example, especially within our electronic music community, is the @prettylights team

Each time I’m around this team, I see how kind, considerate, and supportive this team is — not only with one another, but with everyone they meet.

Every band and crew member is a master of their craft, doing what they LOVE and dedicating their lives to it. That passion and teamwork are palpable, and truly make these shows so special.
Witnessing this firsthand — seeing people genuinely LOVE their lives because they’ve chosen to do what lights them up - is a reminder that we all can make that beautiful choice. To find what lights us up and fully choose that. Going all in.
And breathwork, sauna, and mantra are part of that balance, too in this case 💫

So happy for @spectrumone_ finding his crew 🥹💖

This life is full of possibility. The universe conspires with those who choose joy, love, and support for their fellow humans - especially when we take aligned action toward our soul-aligned dreams.

What makes the world better than people feeling fulfilled, with overflowing cups because of the lives they’ve consciously created?
Choosing this for myself, leading by example, and shining light on reminders of how fortunate we are helps cultivate that very world.

Thank you for being here and helping create the world we truly deserve 💖 I believe in us!

Upstate New York abundant lush blessings 💚

What a treat to see the other side of this beautiful state after a weekend in Port Chester 🌞 Was so wonderful to spend time with Griff’s family at their beautiful lake 🐟

Seems we’ve also been chasing Rainbows and Waterfalls on the @prettylights tour and accept each beautiful blessing as a powerful affirmation to the path 🌈🌞

Keep shining and trusting!

Such a special honor for @mikey.thunder to open up @capitoltheatre with our unreleased track ‘To The Moon’ for @prettylights night 3
on their first tour stop in Port Chester 🤩

It set a beautiful tone for the rest of the fine Sunday evening ✨ and what an incredible weekend!
The whole PL team is incredibly dialed in and we are immediately implementing what we are learning and being inspiring by along the way ⚡️

Griff had a great first show as part of the visual team and Taylor was so grateful to be able to join the magic 💫

We are so excited to share more on what’s been happening behind the scenes of Soul Spectrum 🌞✨🌛

Sending love wherever it is needed 💓
Thank you for being here 🌻

🌙 SOUL SESSIONS — FRIDAY 9.25

A Community Decompression & Integration Evening

After such a beautiful weekend at Pretty Lights • Yahn Dawn, we’re gathering our Colorado community - and welcoming friends who may still be in town -

What a beautiful time in Port Chester for the first @prettylights tour stop 💫

So so proud of @spectrumone_ for his contributions and dedication to this team and opportunity 💛
This team is seriously so dialed in and it’s been a treat to see behind the scenes!

And what an incredibly exciting honor to hear our unreleased @soulspectrum.sound track open Sunday by @mikey.thunder ⚡️
Was amazing to hear my voice singing throughout this beautiful venue “grateful to see we have everything we need. life’s a dream when we choose to let it be” 🎶

It was also incredible to see the Capitol Theatre, the walls thick with the energy of the incredible acts that have performed there over the last 100 years!
How cool this show took place just after anniversary date 🌞 felt very proper as they put on an absolutely incredible show!!

It was also so great to see Griff’s family, some east coast friends, and to connect with new friends 💖

Thankful for the swirl bus for bringing us all together
🚌✨
