This was the perfect way to start this day. I was reminded that Phoenix/Scottsdale came full circle in this moment: I met @billyblanksofficial1 at a celebrity event here waaay back and began a friendship that got him to LA where he could launch what became TaeBo. @peopleunlimitedinc is based here, the epicenter of all things @rlecoalition. Today, here, I received the final edit of the first of my Music in the Key of DNA sessions for @braintaptech . And, topping it all off, @matrixfitnessusa cardio equipment in the gym here. @speedcoachphil developed their @sprint8 program for them at about the same time he was teaching it at my Fitcamps back in the 90's. I'm looking forward to being an emcee at this event and helping bring all the great Gospel of Longevity philosophies and insights of RAADfest Co-founder @james.strole to this event! Of course this is all powered by @profjinshe NAD+ !

God may control Jordan’s height but she controls her heart. Jordan’s work ethic continues to amaze me. I’ve watched her compete with @bigmoe.44 @sackchasin.dez @__stackk @xman__24 and countless others.

The 3 month transformation in @lxv.cayden has been absolutely insane !!! He may have been recruited by a d3 school but in only 3 months, Cayden now has a D1 body. Cayden has dramatically increased his physical and mental strength, speed, explosiveness and stamina. @flighttime_fit3, your son is creating something truly special. If he keeps working like this at school, Cayden will end up at a d1 school. Believe that !

I’m eternally grateful to @speedcoachphil for working with @matrixfitness to take @sprint8 to the masses! There’s a button on thousands of Matrix machines in gyms around the world that can help develop incredible levels of fitness via sprint intervals. On the left 8 perfect peaks. On the right the (not) secret finisher Explosive Lifts. In the middle, one happy customer. #gymmotivation

Congratulations @shaiben2030 for being the youngest boy or girl to pass Sprint 8, level 11. From pitching in the Lil League World Series to one day pitching in the College World Series. That’s the goal 💪🏼 ❤️ 🥇 Matrix Sprint 8 = Next Level.
