I live for WAR. It’s fun. My blood is cold. But only TO BE A WARRIOR MOTHER IN SERVICE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND DIVINE MOTHER. My greatest joy is being a mother. War is violent and bloody…..but so was slavery. I will go to war NOW so that my daughter and last remaining Children DONT have to. I AM THEE LAST OF MY KIND. There are no more.
TO TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO WITH LOVE. To PRESIDENT BREWER, I got you. To Mama Sango and Yemonja, Ms. ELLA ANDALL, thanks for allowing me to sit at your feet and sang your songs. It was a pleasure to shower you with gifts and groceries. So many elder black women don’t know love and therefore can’t give it to their daughters. I know, that was my mother’s path with me…..and I still managed to lead with LOVE. So no excuses, be better. Raise strong solid and righteously dangerous AFRICAN children. Women you are NOT men. MEN you are NOT women. Periodt. I’m headed to my father’s grave. Baba wanna go CHOP.

To Kingston. To Excelsior. To Bullsbay. With Love. This year will be a blast. This year will be my last. It has been a pleasure serving you, going on my 5th year. Moving forward, I will be present to keep my obligations to JBA, boxing, and 9 waters athletic developments. I will no longer be bleeding money to assist in a country that doesn’t fully support its most vulnerable. I will be shifting my focus and limited funds to Blessed Assurance Group Home in St. James. Those kids are in wheelchairs. They need more assistance. @chad_dimitri we have to focus on money making opportunities. It’s seems loyalty is only as good as financial sponsorship provided by me. @spello110m Deuce, I need you back speed training with my younger kids, the ones i plan to manage when they turn pro. No more freebies. I will be paying you, tell your mom I said hello. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

What goals have you set for the week which will get you closer to your dreams? Remember, while it’s great the have really big dreams, it’s important to set smaller attainable goals to get you closer to those dreams over time. Setting goals too big and hard to accomplish can cause people to give up on their dreams. Smaller accomplishments builds self-confidence and fuel the drive for long term success. .

Not only does talent become more relevant based on one's level of skills development, but confidence in one's abilities also increases. Hence, study/practice your craft consistently and with purpose. #mentalnote #talent #skills #development #performance #practiceyourcraft #progress #hardwork #growthmindset #sportpsychology #mentaltoughness #consultant #athletes #sports #fitness #practicemakesbetter #stayfocus #TheMindGame

Back in my days as a track coach, the last 2-3 weeks before a major competition were spent helping our athletes improve/sharpening their strengths(skills). Confidence has shown to increase when we focus on our strengths more than the areas we are not so strong in... what are your strengths? #itsamindgame #mentaltoughness #leadwithyourstrengths #stayfocus #confidence #worktheprocess #trackandfield #finetuning #visualization #positiveselftalk #relaxation #champion #mindset #performance #sportpsychology #passion #motivation #success #TheMindGame

Every good athlete have the potential to become a great athlete, depending on their work ethic and commitment to their craft. Reaching the status of "great/legend" takes years and years of constant hard work, discipline, and a whole lot of patience... Today I take the time to salute someone who have done just that and has raised to the ranks of Legend. Happy birthday Track Queen, @merleneottey. Thanks for everything you have done for Jamaica's track and field.

Set a standard for yourself that requires you to give nothing but your best. As much as I aspire to give my best to my clients, I notices that there were other areas of my life that was not getting my best work, hence I was slipping. What we sometimes fail to realize that one will never truly be a champion if they don't apply it to all aspects of their lives. It does not mean we will get it right all the time. It just means we will always give it our best shot. "Set a standard for yourself and work to live above it at all times. #itsamindgame #goldstandard #motivation #bebetter #selfactualization #nextlevel #growthmindset #thinkbigger #champion #olympian #sportpsychology #great #mentaltoughness #influencer #trackandfield #jamaica #TheMindGame #performance

Most people go thru life sacrificing just about everything in sight to achieve tangible goals, only to get their and realize that the reward was really embedded in the journey/process, not the destination/outcome. In a conversation, @usainbolt shared that he was retiring from track, not because he was not good enough, but because he was no longer having fun. If you are not having fun with the process, it doesn't matter how great you are, you will lose interest. Every time I meet with my Mind Game Elite clients I remind them to make today a fun day. That's one of the keys to their success. Are you enjoying the process? What can you do to start making it fun? If you are unsure, reach out to a mental/performance coach to help you figure it out. It's worth the investment. #itsamindgame #enjoythejourney #havefuntoday #worktheprocess #processgoals #lifestyle #championmindset #olympian #athletes #trackandfield #sportpsychology #influencer #doer #usainbolt #goat #jamaican #success #happiness #motivation#liveyourdreams #TheMindGame #international #speaker #consultant #passion #tbt
