The journey is long but the consistency pays off

6 months ago, Spencer began one of the toughest journeys an athlete can take — recovery after ACL reconstruction. From the start, he’s shown a level of discipline and consistency that’s rare to find. Every week, he showed up ready to work, no matter how uncomfortable or repetitive the process became. No shortcuts. No skipping steps. Just an unwavering commitment to do things the right way.

The ACL journey tests more than the body — it tests patience, focus, and belief when progress feels slow. But Spencer stayed locked in, rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence one session at a time. Today, he’s moving with power and control, showing what’s possible when grit meets guidance.

This milestone isn’t just about physical recovery — it’s proof that resilience pays off. Spencer’s work ethic has laid a foundation that will serve him for years to come. Few possess his level of persistence, and it’s that mindset that transforms a comeback into a breakthrough.

Congratulations @lilyjhenry! This world needs your brilliant mind and beautiful heart. You have so many super powers that make this world a better place. You are fearless and determined with a beauty that leaves me speechless. You have always been wiser than your years which is not always easy. Sometimes it’s hard to see this crazy world so clearly but it doesn’t deter you - it ignites in you curiosity and compassion. I am in awe. I am grateful to watch you forge your own path with your soul on fire and your heart wide open. Keep going my wild child and I’ll be here cheering you on and witnessing it all with pride and wonder. I love you. ❤️
