Palatial Publishing LLC’s Juneteenth and Caribbean American Heritage Month Small Business Expo's Featured Artist, Spenser Wardell presents:

Heartbreak Aftermath
Size: 9 x 11
Price: $250
Art Type: medium acrylic paint on cotton canvas

Statement from Spenser Wardell

The way loss can distort desire and push people toward temporary comfort in places that only deepen the emptiness. The dark central figure appears trapped between movement and collapse, surrounded by chaotic waves of orange and tangled forms that represent impulse, temptation, and emotional confusion.

Beneath the intensity is a search for connection, exposing how pain can lead us to chase love in places that were never meant to hold it. It reflects the emotional extremes of modern relationships, loneliness, and the human need to feel wanted, even at a cost.

In honor of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to feature a few gentlemen who have blessed the booth and acknowledge their courage and curiosity to discover the radiance of their energy.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, an annual observance recognized by Mental Health America (MHA) to raise awareness about the mental health challenges men face. The month is important because of the stigma around men’s mental health issues, and it’s a time to encourage men and boys to be proactive about their health.

Mental health is critical to our overall wellbeing as a collective, and we are inspired by men who tend to their health overall, including their energetic wellness. To see the vibrance of your aura is to know that the energy you emit is very real, and the energy you share with others is real.

With witnessing your energy in living color, you remember that you’re more than just your body and your mind. You’re also your soul and we want to make sure you get to see how truly radiant your soul is 🙏🏾
