POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A 9-year-old child went to a theme park to have fun. He left with permanent injuries.

We have filed suit against Universal Orlando arising from injuries allegedly suffered aboard Stardust Racers at Epic Universe.

This is not the only serious incident associated with this ride. As I told PEOPLE:

“A ride that has been linked to a death and a growing list of serious injuries is not an unlucky coincidence; it is a pattern.”

When Universal blamed our client—a mother—for allowing her child to ride an attraction he was permitted and encouraged to ride, we pushed back.

We intend to pursue the facts, demand answers, and hold those responsible accountable.

The allegations in this post concern a pending lawsuit and have not yet been adjudicated.

Medical treatment and records are the foundation of a personal injury case. The records show that you were hurt, when you were hurt, how bad you were hurt, and that your injuries were caused by the accident. Without medical treatment and records, you have no personal injury case. #law #lawfirm #personalinjury #orlando #lawyerlife
