The Sunrise Monster Race is not called Monster for nothing! 😅

The number of hills on this route needs to be studied because we just kept climbing and climbing and climbing! 😂💔

Today’s race tested my mental strength more than the physical. 😊

Friendship, what a beautiful concept(kusho omunye wabo @spherie ). This day will forever live in my heart. Thank you for making it so special; it’s truly the little things that mean the most ( kodwake this one was big magenge!😭)

The “Neliswa Take on the 20s, Round 29” theme? Absolutely goated! 🤯 I still don’t know how you even came up with that, but my mind is blown—especially with the gloves labeled Globe Trotter! Nize nenye!!!!🙌. (And no, before anyone gets ideas, I will not be “taking on the ring” anytime soon...boxing ring that is ,@athi_mlalandle ungaze ujabule! 🥊😂).

And as if that wasn’t enough—you got hold of my favorite photoshoot picture and turned it into the most beautiful portrait (@entle_bhani_nondabula leaked the photo actually!😂)🥹.

Then, imagine not having to stress about glam because a MUA literally pulled up to my doorstep (@intombi_eyomusa_shabalala made sure ukuth angaz lidumaphi for the day🤝🤣). Like… what?! 🥺

We ended up at the table reflecting on my twenties, taking it all the way back to 2015 at Montrose Shell Ultra City, Harrismith (@_lerato_23, @swxnk_master , @aeshabangu sisukakude ngempelake though we still pay for the noise we made from KZN to CPT with @intombi_eyomusa_shabalala!😭🤣)🤭. Man that's over a decade of friendship!

I know @aeshabangu said “akafuneki umuntu ohlale ewholesome”but to more wholesome moments!🥂

I love you guys, big time. Always❤️

Last long run before @capetownmarathon 🥰❤

Ah man, what a journey! More than anything, I'm grateful to have run injury free. I've also lost count of how many ice baths I've taken during this training block. 😂💔

I would be lying if I were to say that I wasn't looking forward to tapering. I am tired! 😅
